The kitchen is fully equipped with all essential cookware and cutlery, including a dishwasher, electric hob, oven, microwave, and coffee machine, everything you need to prepare anything from a quick breakfast to a gourmet dinner. A washer is also available for your convenience.

The first bedroom is a pleasant room with a double bed, a wardrobe, and a chest of drawers.

The second bedroom features the same comfortable setup with a double bed and ample storage. One of the bedrooms is a suite with its own shower, ensuring extra privacy and comfort.

The shared bathroom, also equipped with a shower, has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including soft towels and toiletries for your convenience.

Located in the charming neighborhood of Caniço, Estrada do Garajau offers a serene coastal lifestyle. Enjoy nearby attractions such as the Cristo Rei statue and the Garajau Nature Reserve, perfect for nature lovers. Delight in local eateries and cafes that offer a taste of Madeira's culinary delights.


The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

Cristiano Ronaldo airport is an 11-minute drive from the property.


This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.


There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.


Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.


For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.


Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
