Sea View by Atlantic Holiday

Sea View is a tourist apartment located in Reis Magos that is 5 minutes from the beach and 15 minutes from the city of Funchal. the Apartment was completely renovated for the purpose of Local Accommodation. It has large areas, and has a living room, balcony with generous areas where you can dine or just sunbathe. Very well equipped kitchen with Cafe Gusto machine, all the necessary utensils, toaster, kettle, microwave waves, oven, stove, etc ... The bedroom is very comfortable with a high quality mattress. All bed linen and bath towels are provided.



LOCAL TOURISTIC TAX:

As of the 1st January 2023, Santa Cruz City Administration charges a local tourist tax per guest per night. The charge amounts:

- €2 per night;

This rate applies up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights and does not apply to guests that are under 13 years old.

This charge must be paid directly to the host (either in cash or bank transfer) so that he can deliver it to the City Hall.
