Step outside to enjoy the heated swimming pool, private jacuzzi and barbecue area, all overlooking the spectacular Atlantic Ocean. A shower for swimming pool and guest toilet are also available in the outside area.
On this floor you can also find a laundry with washer and dryer and a separate 2 ring cooking hob.
On the lower ground floor, there’s a dedicated games room with flat screen cable TV with connection to Netflix and YouTube (you need to have your own account), soundbar, PlayStation 5, pool table, table tennis and seating area along with convenient drop-down beds for a 7th and 8th guest, making this luxury villa ideal for families or groups. A tread mill and bicycle are also available for guests use.

Within close walking distance, there is a mini-market, cafés, a selection of restaurants (including a takeaway) and a pharmacy. Two large, branded supermarkets can also be found about 1.8 km away, along with other shops.
The Garajau Beach part of a Marine Reserve and accessible by cable car, which is only 500m away. It’s the perfect spot for a nice swim in clear waters.

Cleaning
The villa is prepared for your arrival. Should your stay be more than 7 days, a free mid-stay change of linen and towels, and light clean of bathrooms is provided on a day and time advised during your check-in. Guests need to vacate the villa during the mid-stay clean and change of linen.
All linen and towels are provided, including towels for the swimming pool.
For health reasons, linen for a baby cot is not provided and you should bring your own.

Booking Notes
The rental value varies with the number of people occupying the property, so please ensure you enter the correct dates, number of adults, children and infants. Please note that supplements apply should additional people join you for any length of time.
To secure your reservation we require a 30% deposit, or the full amount if you are arriving within 8 weeks. The balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival.
A security deposit of 500€ is required by credit card prior to check-in.
The payment of a Tourist Tax has been implemented across all of Madeira and Porto Santo by the local Municipalities. This applies to all visitors to Madeira aged 13 or over, and costs 2€ per person per day up to a maximum of 14€ per person. Your accommodation is legally responsible for collecting these amounts and paying them on your behalf to the applicable municipality. The Municipality Tourist Tax will be collected via credit card on the online check-in procedure.
Final details for check-in and driving instructions to the property will be sent 7 days prior to arrival and after you have paid your balance. A contact number will be provided, and to be able to access the property, you need to phone this number as you are leaving the airport so that a personal check-in may be provided. It is your responsibility to contact and advise the number provided on the check-in details to advise any delays to the expected check-in time.
Check-in and check-out flexibility will be applied where possible, but this will depend on housekeeping schedules and the departure and arrival days of other reservations either side of your stay; a definitive answer can only be provided within 24 hours of your arrival for check-in and your departure for check-out.
