Santa Cruz Hotellit

”Very nice staying, wonderful personal! A quiet green environment with ocean view.”

”Everything went great! Really nice looking hotel with friendly staff, nice pool area and great restaurants plus bar! Serene atmosphere. ”

”Cozy room and really friendly staff! I like the home style feel. The only downside was that we were on the third floor with no elevator, which I didn’t realize at booking. Also found some parts of the building construction a bit “off” - the bathroom door didn’t close without a good heavy push, and my phone charger tripped the lights at one point.”

”Mukavia huoneistoja upean puutarhan ympäröimänä.”

”The blue penthouse was outstanding. The daily cleaning and breakfast were amazing perks. Access to the beach was a real plus. Morning adventures and afternoon by the beach made an amazing holiday. The property thinks of everything beach towels concierge services.”

”The location was good - the room had a nice view of the water BUT for us unfortunately, we had a horrible experience. We couldn't get hold of the host and Expedia help line did not answer my messages either (Expedia still never addressed our issue - all messages are u answered). I tried calling the host and they did not answer. We had no information about how to access our room. The host finally sent a txt while I was continually calling to say they couldn't answer the phone right now and...
