”Nice and clean”

”The price was okay for the days I stayed. But they don’t offer tours or amenities. They do have a restaurant with not enough staff, or waiter experience. Hotel staff at the lobby were very helpful and polite. Overall I would suggest updating some of the information regarding this hotel.”

”Wonderful hotel, unique and interesting decor, friendly staff, delicious high-quality breakfast, nothing to complain about, frankly, the only hotel I've been to that made me want to write a review. Santa cruz is what it is city design wise, so while the hotel is near the historical centre, the surrounding buildings look a bit rough. But I felt completely safe, the city just looks like that outside the new (and frankly, much more boring) residential neighbourhoods. ”

”Clean room, good staff,”

”Habitaciones y todas las instalaciones estaban limpias, personal muy amable y atento. Ubicado en equipetrol con todo cerca”

”Great location, great view. Employees were very helpful. One thing, water was coming out from the shower to the bed area through the glass door. It was messy. Other than that. Everything was good.”

”Beautiful views and clean property. The food there is great, and it’s well located. However, the cleaning staff stole a $100 bill from my backpack and replaced it with a fake one. I would rather they just took the money, but replacing it with a fake note could’ve gotten me in serious trouble, and that was a slap in the face. I’ve traveled all over and never experienced such a disappointment; I felt violated that the housekeeper went through my personal stuff. At my departure, I emailed the team...

”Todo muy bien”

”Muy bueno”

”Book at the hotel and they will take you in to different place. Building entrance key doesn't work most of the time. Very hard to take transportation to and to the place. Male attendants were very friendly and helpful. And many more small details.”

”WiFi was very slow and constantly was buffering, if you need good, fast and reliable WiFi you will be disappointed!”

”Great place for the price. Only issue I had was the music blaring one of two nights across the street - all night, from 9pm to 6am. Not the hotels fault; but frustrating. Would stay again though”
