”What an amazing place to stay on the Playa Del Coco coast!! We enjoyed Tim's home so much we never wanted to leave! Everything about the home is 5-star - from the comfortable beds, bathroom amenities, fully-stocked kitchen, infinity pool, deck furniture, etc., etc. We just wished we had stayed longer. ”An absolutely wonderful home. It is in a gated community with security making rounds every 30 minutes. The views speak for themselves. Every aspect of the home exceeded our expectations. The kitchen, the pool, the bedrooms, the AC.... etc, etc etc. Everything was perfect. The property manager, Alex, was by far the best manager that we have ever dealt with (and we travel using VRBO quite a bit). He was quick to respond to every question/concern that we had. We had one small issue with water...

”We truly enjoyed our visit. After a very busy 4 days in Tamarindo. The house in the sky was a nice way to end our stay in CR.The home was clean and contained everything needed. Air-conditioned and comfortable bedding. Pool area very nice, identified many birds and butterflies. Local contact was there to help with check in. Not only did it have a breathtaking view of the ocean and of the incredible sunsets each night, the house was comfortable, cool, and quiet. ”We had a great 8 night stay. Handy man very responsive. Our frige went out and he brought us a cooler and ice and was fixed in short order. We got a flat tire on our rental van and he removed the tire took it to a local shop and had it fixed and returned and reinstalled it in less than an hour. in it was only 10 Of course he gave him way more for it. Having the pool and the beach was great - I would highly recomend this property!!!!”
