”It’s a beautiful and unusual place to stay with no staff on premises since its self check in and check out. Convenient parking in public garage about three blocks away is included in price. A bit hard to find, but worth it for its central location near the plaza and has restaurants, coffee shop and gallery which is its lobby all on the premises or next door. Rooms are impeccably finished and very quiet. Took just a minute to get used to the code access to lobby and room. Recommend if you like...

”Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is historic, and the preservation is well done. Very clean and comfortable, and they even had ceramic coffee cups in the room, with coffee, of course. The outside balcony and bistro table/ chairs were a surprise, nice for sitting outside of my room in the afternoon. Location was super convenient to everything- the plaza, and museums, shops, Basilica, etc. ”

”Vallet service was very good and friendly. Reception was rather rude and restaurant / breakfest was a mess. For example waited for the bill for more than 30mins, while the waiter was cleaning the tables. No smiles, no friendliness. And furthermore very slow and non-professional service. We decided to take another hotel in the future. The vallet personel in the garage were perfect. Super friendly, fast and always on a good mood. ”

”This is a funky little place with a great vibe. The only negative is that the walls are thin and you can hear the poeple in adjoining rooms or outside. The lounge is great and they had some very good performers. It's a lot of fun!”

”The noise level outside our room really interfered with our sleep. Noisy vehicles and screaming fights awakened my wife around 2 AM both nights we were there. We had stayed at the hotel several times before and never experienced anything similar. I understand that these issues might be beyond the hotel’s control but I think knowing about them could be helpful.”
