The master en-suite features a walk-in shower, while the second bathroom showcases incredible tile work and is equipped with a tub/shower combination. Standard bath amenities, including shampoo, conditioner, soap, and fresh towels, are provided.

Guests have full, exclusive access to the entire single-story home and the fully fenced front and back yards.

Self check-in details will be provided prior to arrival for a seamless and flexible check-in experience.

Parking is available in the private driveway for up to 2 cars (or 1 RV).



Other Things to Note:

Check-in/Check-out: Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM.

Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM out of respect for our neighbors.

Age & Occupancy: Guests must be at least 21 years old to book, and only registered guests are permitted on the property.

Smoking & Pets: Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. Pets are not allowed at this home.

Cooling & Heating: This home does not have central air conditioning; however, portable AC unit is provided to ensure a cool and comfortable environment during the warmer summer months. There's only 1 AC Unit located in the living room

Streaming Services: The smart TV is equipped for streaming; please bring your own account logins to enjoy your favorite shows.

Safety Features: The home is equipped with smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher, and complimentary Wi-Fi.
