Casa Mariani is an enchanting high-desert retreat perfectly placed in the majestic town of Tesuque, just eight miles north of Downtown Santa Fe, and right across the road from the award-winning Four Seasons Rancho Encantado hotel, spa, bar, and restaurant. You couldn’t ask for a better location for a quiet, immersive, and scenic getaway.



LIVING AREA

Casa Mariani is adorned with lovely Santa Fe style accents, with wood beam ceilings and a lovingly decorated living space centered on an enchanting fireplace.



KITCHEN AND DINING

The fully-equipped and newly-renovated kitchen and dining area are elevated above the living room, and offer a fantastic space for your group to socialize, cook, and dine at home.



BED AND BATH

The primary bedroom features a king bed, an entrance to the home’s expansive patio, an ensuite bath, and a romantic kiva fireplace.

The second bedroom also has a king bed and a private bathroom located in the hallway just outside the bedroom door.



OUTDOOR SPACE

The patio features ample outdoor furniture, and is a great place to appreciate New Mexico’s famous weather and blue skies.

PLEASE NOTE:

-Home is equipped with a brand new, super efficient central A/C system

- The fireplace is available from October 15th - April 15th

- The outside of this home is monitored by security cameras

- This home is dog-friendly (for stays shorter than 14 nights) with an additional $150 fee, however dogs are not allowed on the furniture. Any pet hair found on the furniture may result in additional cleaning fees

- The community pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day

- Two Casitas is trained in COVID-safe practices, and is New Mexico Safe Certified

- All-wheel or four-wheel drive is recommended when renting this home in the winter months.
