Enjoy an easy 10-minute walk to the Plaza/Downtown area; 7 minute walk to grocery stores & multiple dining; and a 10-15 minute walk to Guadalupe shopping district, Canyon Road and the Railyard/Farmers Market.



LIVING AREA

The living room is tastefully adorned with vibrant fine art and collectibles, and offers flexible seating centered around the decorative kiva fireplace. A flat-screen TV is available with premium cable, streaming and a wireless speaker for your entertainment needs.



KITCHEN AND DINING

The kitchen is fully equipped for any home cook, and is open to the living space. Seating for two is available for in-kitchen dining and additional dining options on the patio.



BED AND BATH

The comfortable queen bed is adorned with quality bedding, and plenty of storage space in the closet and dresser. The full bath features a shower/tub combo. Robes and quality linens are provided for additional comfort.



OUTDOOR SPACE

The expansive patio in front of the Casita is reserved guest’s use. Unwind on the outdoor patio with seating & dining for coffee, dinner and relaxed escapes.

- The fireplace is "Decorative Only" Heat is provided through Central Radiant Floor Heating.

- Casita Estevan is a cozy guest house located at the back of the main house on the property. Guests will use a shared driveway for access. White the casita itself is private, please note that the front patio is open and visible to the neighbors across the shared driveway.

-This home is NOT pet-friendly. The homeowners monitor the home with exterior cameras, and our cleaning staff reports pet hair to us after each checkout. Any unauthorized pets will result in a $1,000 fee.- When the owner is occupying the neighboring home, only street parking is available, which is free, safe and convenient.
