Stayed for 2 nights. 2 adult's and 2 kids. We arrived early to enjoy the pool but was quickly disappointed. Hallways Had a weird smell, like a nursing home. The room was okay, it was very stuffy, had no ventilation, felt like you couldn't breathe. The restroom was disgusting. The toilet didn't look like it was cleaned and had yellow stains on it. I had complained to the front desk but was told he could refund our money and we could just leave. I thought he would at least offer to move us to a clean room but seemed like he was tired of dealing with me honestly. It was disappointing because we drove 5 hours and didn't want to be kicked out in the middle of the night. So we stayed, next day Didn't get housekeeping, because I didn't request, which I did not know, so be sure to request. I would have liked our room cleaned and needed clean towels. Asked for some but was only given 2 and there was 4 of us. The pool was open but it is not heated. It was beyond freezing and the Jacuzzi was broken as well. Jacuzzi was warm but water was green and smelled disgusting. Only stayed in for 30 minutes and didn't go back the 2nd day. For the price and it being a Marriott and I'm a Marriott rewards member, it was very disappointing. Front desk guy said he would put points on my account so we will see. Will never ever stay here again and do not recommend. If your willing to spend this amount of money, stay somewhere else. You're welcome.
