Nestled on Guadalupe Street, less than five minutes from the Plaza, this one-bedroom retreat features a plush king bed, a queen sleeper sofa, a fully stocked kitchen, separate dining space, and an inviting living room. Outside, unwind in your private hot tub or enjoy a glass of wine beneath the stars on your expansive, enclosed patio.

The space offers everything you need to relax after a day of exploring—whether that means hiking in the Sangre de Cristo Mountains, skiing at nearby resorts, strolling Canyon Road’s galleries, or browsing artisanal markets.

Comfortable bed and bedding in a very cozy bedroom. The hot tub was clean. Its rare to have a hot tub that is as well taken care of as the one at this property. The home was clean and was setup to make us feel right at home. The only thing we lacked was salt and pepper :). The location was perfect. A short walk to many great eateries including Dolina's but just far enough away from the Plaza to not have to deal with traffic/parking (onsite parking is very convenient). Loved the trip and would stay here again.

The space was very cute and clean. The reasons it does not give 5 stars are (1) noise, and (2) the mattress for the MBR is shot. The wall to the adjoining unit is paper thin and you can literally hear and make out conversations. Also, the unit is along a busy road. So if noise is a concern this is not for you. The mattress is overdue for replacement.

Peter was very responsive, the house was walkable to almost everything we wanted to see, the bed was very comfortable and we enjoyed using the hot tub after hiking all day. The home was very clean and it was easy to access using the key code.

Charming and relaxing! The Casita was exactly as advertised. Peter was very communicative and responsive. It was convenient to walk over to Old Town which was awesome. Enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings and the kitchen was well stocked. We’d stay here again if we find ourselves back in Santa Fe.

Great location , close to Plaza and Canyon road. The casita was very clean as was the hot tub. Hot tub is in a private location. The kitchen was well supplied with appliances and cooking utensils. The bed was very comfortable. AC worked well. The host was easy to contact and responses were timely. Good value for the money. I would stay there again and highly recommend.

Location: Amazing, very clean, the provided coffee pods, and water were very nice and appreciated (we did pick up more water, you really need to stay hydrated with the elevation)!Bedroom: bed so comfy, lots of pillows to choose from! Bathroom: roomy, shower water pressure and temp was great, towels soft. Hot Tub: well worth the booking! We did not have the road noise people have talked about only the recycle pick up at 3:30AM!! LOLThe instructions provided, from where to park, the TV, thermostat, sound system, etc., were step by step and easy to follow, the door code kept giving us a hard time, (very well could be user error) lolOnly 2 small items for future renters, kitchen is "well equip" but there were no spices(only salt and pepper), no plastic wrap, tin foil or plastic baggies so if you are food shopping keep this in mind, we went to Trader Joes for food and hit the Dollar Store next to it that we picked up those items. Other issue was the couch it was not comfy at all, had a distinct slant to the front like you are sliding off of it, living room chair was better, again not a big deal just a note to future renters. This is a walkable location to the Plaza, the Rail Yard, Canyon Rd may be a little to much only due to how long Canyon Rd is, walk back to the house may be a bit much for some.I would highly recommend this rental! A BIG Thank you to Veronica and Peter!

The property was very attractive in decor and well equipped. The street that had access to the property was under construction and very difficult to navigate. The access changed every day. Several times (even late at night after the opera) I had to get out of my car and moved cones and barriers in order to park at my casita. My other issue was the entry code given to me by the owners. I could not get it to work. Peter insisted that the code worked, because he was able to use it from his phone to unlock the door. I just wasn't capable of working it properly. They sent their housekeeper's daughter to the casita the next day to show me how to enter the code. She couldn't make it work either. The owner then gave me a new code, and I didn't have further problems.
