Paradise in Santa Fe

Wisteria is truly a place for rest and relaxation after long days on the hiking trails. It is a little retreat decorated with the southwest in mind. Wisteria is spacious, clean and in walking distance to downtown Santa Fe. I would stay here again in a heartbeat! Love this place!

Our stay at Wisteria couldn’t have been more perfect! Location, cleanliness, appointments were perfect. The property, with it’s wonderful New Mexico decor and vibe, gave us a glimpse into the richness and history of the area.

Incredible property. Beautifully designed for those wanting two separate suites and privacy. Decorated with understated elegance, truly exceptional artwork, and delightful outdoor areas for connecting with one's soul. Not one detail overlooked. Easy half mile to Plaza for walkers or drivers. Safe and Sound

Very accessible to plaza, but quiet and tucked away. We walked the area in the evenings, however did not want to walk to plaza. Exceptionally clean. We cooked meals for 2 nights and ate on the cute patio! Both beds very comfortable. Property manager immediately handled any concerns. Very spacious, everything we sisters needed for the week! We would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic Trip

One of the best places we've stayed in Santa Fe. Easy walk to the Plaza. Everything was so easy for check in and check out. Highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area. Beautiful place and well maintained. We would do this place again.

Santa Fe Charm

Location was perfect and we loved the property. Short distance to Plaza, yes walkable. Spent most of our time on the front patio and courtyard. Beautiful!! Thank you Two Casitas for a making our stay so enjoyable.

Perfect location and layout for 2 couples

Easy ten minute walk to the square, very nice beds and bathrooms. Perfect space for two couples, the rooms are on opposite sides of the house with the living room and kitchen in between.

Spectacular home

The home was beautifully decorated and perfectly located. The owners thought of EVERYTHING. I cannot overstate how well appointed the kitchen was with modern appliances and even coffee and snacks. It truly is an easy walk to the plaza and SO much better than a hotel. It was private, quiet and so si beautiful!

Even in the rain it was perfect

We hoped for warm strolls around Santa Fe but the weather was wet snow/rain and wind. Wisteria was a great place to recover from our cold adventures - the fireplace in the living room made it very cosy and the four of us really enjoyed the oversize LR furniture. The two bedrooms are very comfortable and the kitchen is well appointed. It might look from the map like you have to walk far and across busy roads to get to the action in downtown, but it is a quick stroll without trauma. Highly recommended.

Incredible house and location

Awesome house!! Search no further- this is THE house for a stay in Santa Fe! House was perfect for us (two couples) with master on main and another bedroom on other end of house on the second floor (each with its own bathroom). House has been renovated and tastefully decorated in Southwestern style. Location was perfect- an easy half mile walk to historic downtown (note, the house is up a hill in a neighborhood). Felt perfectly safe walking back to house at night. House was spotless-very clean. The family room was spacious and had plenty of seating. Liked the Kiva fireplace. House has radiant heat (under the floor) so the Tile floors throughout house are toasty on the feet. Bed mattresses were super comfortable. All the bath linens were top quality. Plenty of supplies are provided like toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, new kitchen sponge, and even shampoo/conditioner, lotion, etc. Kitchen is well stocked with plates, cups, silverware, pots/pans, etc. The company that owns this house is very responsive and communicates often and effectively. We received texts about check-in and check-out as well as an inquiry as to how our stay was going. They even provided a online guide on local things to do and places to eat! They provided a most wonderful welcome basket of goodies! What a super nice touch! We plan to stay here next time when we visit Santa Fe again. Highly recommend! Side notes: I highly recommend the Santa Fe History Guided Walking Tour with Victor Romero (3 hours- so incredibly informative and fun). Restaurants-The Shed, TIA Sophia's, Il Vincino Wood Oven Pizza, Fire and Hops

Ideal place for 2 couples.

We loved that there were 2 master suites. It was perfect for us, and having en-suite bathrooms, was a big plus. The kitchen, dining and living room areas were very spacious. The kitchen was very well appointed and everything in the casita worked well, no issues at all. Thank you also for the welcome package. It was a nice touch.

Santa Fe Getaway

This was a great place for either a family or two couples with nice common areas but separate sleeping areas. It was easy to be comfortable here, and the host were great to keep checking on our needs via text. Overall a great stay. We were in a larger vehicle so parking was a challenge at times - tight spaces with only one way in and out to the property - no issues just used caution when in the complex. We encountered the HOA neighbor on our last night who had specific instructions on how we should park :-). Regardless, we'd stay here again if we are in the area.

This house was fabulous. Very clean and warm. We all felt very at home from the minute we walked in the door. The special gift on the table was an added bonus. We loved being able to walk downtown. We would definitely return to this fabulous house.

Fabulous Stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Wisteria. The house is in a great location, close to the Plaza and many great sites to see in Santa Fe. The house is beautiful, with many nice amenities. Everything was well stocked and very clean. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed sitting on the front porch in the mornings, taking in the beautiful entry garden and views. The neighbors are all very nice as well. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful stay in a charming, comfortable home!

Two college friends and I spent a reunion weekend at the Wisteria property. Our stay couldn't have been nicer! The property was clean, full of Santa Fe charm, and within a short walking distance to the Plaza (10-15 minutes). The house was warm and inviting - a comfortable place to go back to after a day exploring all that Santa Fe has to offer. We couldn't have been happier or more satisfied. If any of us make it back to Santa Fe, we'll know where to book :-) Many thanks to the owners of this property for making our stay so memorable. P.S. The wine, chips and salsa are a very nice touch!

Clean and Updated

We had the best experience at this property. The Wine, Chips, Salsa, and Coffee was unexpected and appreciated. I enjoyed the updated bathroom and kitchen. Every detail was well thought out and we had everything we could possibly need. We found it comfortable for the times we just wanted to stay in and take a break from the sites. It was close to everything. The beds were comfortable. I only have one suggestion. Some room darkening curtains in the second bedroom would be quite helpful for those of us from a different time zone. Thank you for a great week. I would love to know what the king mattress type is in the primary bedroom. I have back issues and this did not bother it. I also used the whirlpool tub which was really nice. I would stay at any Two Casita property again after our positive experience.

Great Location, Beautiful Casita!

AMAZING! Everything mentioned in the reviews are true. This property checks all the boxes on what families want in a rental experience: 1. This is one of the cleanest rental properties I have ever stayed in. Seriously. 2. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, and great appliances. All seemed new and great quality. 3. The towels and linens were high-quality. Not to mention, there were more than enough towels for everyone in our group (4 adults and 4 children) for the 3-night stay. 4. Communication with property management was so easy, and they were extremely responsive. We received a text with a link to detailed information about the house that was easy to reference throughout our stay. Our stay required a blow-up mattress for 2 of the children and it was delivered within an hour of our arrival. 5. The private patio was lovely. We lucked out and had great weather for February. Every afternoon it was warm enough for us to sit on the private front porch and enjoy the sunset. 6. The toiletries and snacks were a wonderful unexpected bonus! If you are considering booking this property - go for it! You won't regret it. I will certainly rent here again and with this property management team.

Two Casitas is absolutely wonderful.

This was the best experience. The house was perfectly clean - for real. Super clean. The amenities such as the wine, chips and salsa, toiletries (lip balm!) were unexpected and thoughtful. The location is great for walking to town and the furnishings were great. Made our stay in Santa Fe wonderful.
