Santa Lucía Utatlán Hotellit

”Affordable rooms if you are passing through. Easy to walk to the lake and vendors, nice view to the volcanos. Breakfast is so delicious! 😋 The staff were so kind and they let me ckeck in earlier then expected after a long trip. I think they can improve the amenities. There should be a couch in the room instead of chairs and some extra blankets for cold weathers.”

”Me encantó la vista y el servicio”

”This hotel is a bit more rustic than perhaps the profile shows. The staff are nice, rooms clean though quite dark, shower water is warm not hot. One important thing to note: if you have mobility issues, this is not the hotel for you. It’s a bit of a walk that tuktuks and cars cannot cover, and uneven stairs up a bit of a hill. They have a jacuzzi but it’s a bit expensive to use (200Qs for an hour).”

”Miguel was extremely helpful when we were navigating the city. Views were incredible!”

”Everyone here was so lovely! Very close to the town of Santiago”

”Nice”

”Super close to everything. Room was absolutely beautiful. The concert that was there was incredible.”

”The property itself is very pretty and the greenery surrounding the courtyard. We got a three bedroom which was nice to have especially with three people, but one out of the three beds was hard. There are no fans on the ceilings or AC, but they do provide little fans. Overall, the rooms are clean and well maintained. There are decent rooms for a good price and a good location. It was very convenient for us.”

”Todo ok”

”Es un hotel bonito, el personal muy amable, tiene habitaciones limpias pero los servicios son los más básicos, y si tiene problemas de bichos y mucho mosquito ojalá mejoren eso”

”This hotel is a small property operated and I presume owned by a family. Most of the guests are Spanish speaking as is the family. Although I do not speak Spanish I was able to communicate adequately with my limited Spanish and the staff/family limited English. The property is located about a 10-15 minute walk along a busy main street from the lake. At night the narrow or non-existent sidewalk caused one to be in close contact with the busy traffic when walking h”
