This wonderful town house offers a refreshing private salt water pool at its backyard from where you can admire the views of the surrounding fields. The pool measures 8 x 4 meters and has a depth ranging from 0.90 to 2.90 meters. The exteriors also include an area with sun loungers and a porch under which you can enjoy a delicious barbecue. The property is located within the town and has direct neighbours.

The two-story house has a classic and cozy style. The living room offers satellite TV and is connected to the dining area through a traditional Mallorcan arch. The kitchen is independent, equipped with a ceramic hob, and has access to the back patio. In addition, there is a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. On the ground floor, there is also a toilet and a bathroom with a shower. For sleeping, there are 4 air-conditioned bedrooms, all with double beds. One of them is located on the ground floor, and the other three are on the first floor upstairs. On the first floor, there is also a full bathroom with a bathtub.
