Welcome to this wonderful villa with a private pool, just 15 minutes from the beach, welcoming up to 8 guests.
Surrounded by the garden, the private chlorine pool measures 10 x 3.8 m and has a depth of 2.20 m. Next to it there is an outdoor shower and sun loungers where you can relax and enjoy the sun. There is a barbecue so you can prepare perfect meat and vegetables for a meal with your companions. For greater comfort, there is also an outdoor bathroom with a shower.

The interior is distributed over two floors. On the ground floor you will find the living-dining room equipped with air conditioning and a Smart TV. The electric kitchen has all the necessary utensils so you can cook comfortably and feel at home. There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board. On this same floor there are two bedrooms with direct access to the garden: one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, as well as a full bathroom with a shower. On the upper floor there are two bedrooms with double beds and direct access to the balcony, where you can enjoy spectacular mountain views. All bedrooms have wardrobes and air conditioning, and on this floor there is also a bathroom with a shower. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide a cot and a high chair.

Santa Margalida is a village located in the interior of the island, allowing easy and relatively quick access to any point in Mallorca. It is a predominantly rural area, ideal for those who wish to discover and enjoy an authentic and peaceful Mallorca. Just 9 km away is the beach of Ca’n Picafort, famous for its fine white sand, crystal-clear waters and wide selection of traditional restaurants.
