”Staff was amazing - early check in, help with transportation and just very hospitable. Best location and breakfast was good. Make a reservation for dinner if interested - they go fast.”

”Un sitio ideal para conocer la Rioja alta y desconectar. El personal muy atento. Todo perfecto.”

”A lovely hotel - rooms are very spacious and beds are super comfortable. Breakfast was awesome and the restaurant serves a very nice dinner menu.”

”Gorgeously decorated to suit the medieval building, very ample room with everything one needs for a pleasant stay. The breakfast was great! Fresh fruit, yoghurt, muesli, ham, cheese, nuts, cakes, toast and jam. The lady owner was very welcoming and helpful. Although Hotels.com advertises the Tower with air conditioning, the place does not have it, but despite the hot weather the room stayed sufficiently cool to enjoy the Tower and the surroundings. Highly recommended for its uniqueness.”

”Great property with fabulous, well kept rooms and lovely staff. A great pool area and lots of activities for families as well as a nice play area. Breakfast not so great sadly, eggs were green, bread and pastries were stale and hard, even juice was bitter and acidic. ”The room was cute, low ceilings, comfortable but quite warm. The carpet was a little stained and could use a good steam clean but everything else was clean”

”조용한 곳에 있는 쉬러 오기에 적당한 아담하고 가성비 있는 호텔입니다.”

”A self check- in property, which is fine. Clean - one towel was a little dirty, if I’m being picky. Couldn’t access the parking which was annoying although on street parking was available when we arrived. Easy walk into old Haro, which has charm. Very good value, so overall pleased.”

”The apartment was clean and amazingly located within the town centre. There was the option to park right outside the building. The instructions on how to access the keys and the apartment itself were excellent. “Mountain views” meant views to the wall of a massive rock a few meters away. The apartment was clean and spacious. The sofa was extremely uncomfortable (the back was solid) and the supplementary bed was super soft and squeaky, with any small movement. The toilets were clean although the...
