”The owner was incredibly friendly, greeting us with a complimentary drink and a hot towel right at check-in. ”Very beautiful architecture. Spacious rooms. Very clean. Staff very helpful. Convenient location. Both bathroom sinks did not drain very well. Water took a few minutes to heat up, then after heating up it seemed to cool a bit. Breakfast was fine. Very typical for hotel food.”

We were told we were getting upgraded because the resort was empty. We asked if the pool in the upgrade was heated since we had previously requested the outdoor...
