Cool down in the community outdoor pool or head over to the beach, a short distance away. The closest public beach accesses are at Stallworth Beach Access, or Dune Allen Recreational Beach Access. Topsail Hill Preserve State Park is also available with paid parking and a shuttle service to the beach inside the state park. Other great attractions include Timpoochee Trail, Grayton Beach State Park, Point Washington State Forest, Timberview Destin Helicopters, The Track - Destin, Gator Beach, and Mattie Kelly Arts Center.

Upon entering this charming gem, you will discover a bright, coastal-themed open floor plan that seamlessly combines all living spaces into one. The living room has been furnished with the guest's comfort in mind - spread out comfortably on the sofa or armchairs and get ready for a tranquil and relaxing evening streaming your favorite shows and movies on the smart TV. Both bedrooms are equipped with smart TVs for additional comfort and entertainment. The main suite enjoys an en suite bath while the second bedroom has a working desk.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
