We do not rent homes to those 25 years of age or younger who are unaccompanied by a responsible parent or guardian. Moreover, there must be a ratio of at least (1) parent or guardian over the age of 25 for every four (4) young adults who are 25 years of age or younger.
*The summer's edge beach access will not be available 1/5/26-2/5/26 due to repairs. During this time, the closest beach access available would be the Ramgate beach access.
