Experience the brand-new Townhome at Hawk's Landing, an exclusive townhome community nestled just under four miles from the sparkling Gulf of Mexico. Located in the desirable Santa Rosa Beach area, this inviting community offers a perfect mix of luxury, convenience, and coastal charm for those seeking a vacation getaway.
The spacious 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom townhome is designed with comfort and style in mind. This newly completed unit features a thoughtful floor plan with all bedrooms on the second level, providing an open and airy main floor that is perfect for family gatherings, entertaining, or simply relaxing. The townhome comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests with a queen bed in the primary, a second queen in the guest room, and two twin beds in the third bedroom, plus a sleeper sofa offers additional flexibility for larger groups.
Step inside and be greeted by beautiful EVP flooring throughout. The main living space boasts 9-foot ceilings and a spacious layout that flows seamlessly into a gourmet kitchen with a center island, white cabinetry, and stunning granite countertops. Equipped with stainless steel appliances—including a smooth top stove, microwave, and dishwasher—this kitchen is a chef’s dream, whether you’re preparing a quick breakfast, a picnic for the beach, or a delicious family dinner.
Step out and explore everything this charming area has to offer! "B Coastal" is surrounded by a delightful array of eateries, cafes, cozy coffee spots, and weekly farmer’s markets. For boating enthusiasts, Cessna Landing, which is a county park on Highway 393, just 1.5 miles away, offers easy bay access for launching your boat, as well as docks, picnic shelters, basketball and squash court as well as a playground. Spend your days kayaking, paddle boarding, or just soaking up the sun along Scenic Hwy 30-A—famous for its stunning coastline and laid-back atmosphere.

Property Manager is available as needed. Guests will receive all needed information before arrival and a copy will also be provided at the house.
We love dogs and are happy to provide a dog friendly space for your vacation! However, it's important to note that dogs are not allowed on any of the beaches along 30A. There is a dog beach at Pier Park located at 16303 Front Beach Rd. Panama City Beach where Fido can meet some new friends and enjoy our gorgeous Emerald Coast!
Please note that county quiet hours begin at 10pm.

We offer convenient door codes for self-check-in. Portoro Homes uses convenient keyless entry for self check-in, details provided 2 weeks (or less) prior to arrival by email and text message.

Getting Around:
Santa Rosa Beach is easy to explore by car, and it’s also one of the best areas on 30A for biking—many guests love using the Timpoochee Trail to reach nearby beach towns, restaurants, and shops. A vehicle is still recommended for grocery runs, beach hopping, and day trips to Destin, Sandestin, or Panama City Beach.
Traveling to/around the area - Explore by foot, by bike, or by car:
• A car is recommended for most errands and exploring beyond the immediate 30A corridor, as rideshares and taxis can be limited and wait times can vary.
• Biking is one of the best ways to experience 30A—use the Timpoochee Trail for scenic rides and easy access to nearby communities.
• Walking works well for short trips and beach access days, but plan to drive for larger grocery runs and farther excursions.
• Bike rentals are widely available along 30A if you want extra bikes for your group—helmets are recommended, and the paths can get busy during peak season.
