Introducing Beacon: Legacy Beach Homes' newest retreat along scenic 30A. Set just half a mile from the Emerald Coast's sugar-white sand, Beacon pairs quick beach access with the kind of space a large group actually needs. Across 4,692 square feet and three floors, ten bedrooms sleep 26 guests, seven of them with private en-suite baths, so everyone gets a little room to breathe.

The backyard is built for long afternoons. A private pool anchors a fully fenced yard with designer-grade lounge furniture, a propane grill with propane included, and spacious outdoor seating for the whole group. An outdoor shower means the sand stays outside where it belongs.

Indoors, three separate living rooms let the family spread out instead of stacking up. The third floor adds a ping pong table for friendly (or not so friendly) game nights, and the second floor living room gives late risers and early sleepers somewhere to go. Interiors were professionally designed throughout, not assembled from a cookie cutter rental catalog.

The kitchen was built for feeding a crowd: quartz countertops, a farmhouse sink, full-size appliances, and generous island seating, with dining space nearby for family meals.

Beacon includes a six-passenger electric golf cart for exploring 30A in style, two paddleboards for the coastal dune lakes, and a full-size washer and dryer so you can pack light.

Whether it's a multi-family beach week, a reunion, a wedding block, or a group of friends who have been talking about this trip for years, Beacon has the space and the setting to carry it.

NOTE: Check in time is 4:00 PM CST. Check out time is 10:00 AM CST. Our staff needs time to properly clean, sanitize, inspect and maintain the property.
NOTE: Guests must be at least 25 years old to reserve during Spring Break. Sorry, there are no exceptions.
NOTE: A security camera is mounted on the outside of the house and is aimed down the driveway. The pool/pool area is not within the camera's field of vision.
NOTE: Sorry, no pets. No emotional support animals (ESA). No exceptions. Many of our Guests have pet allergies and rely on us to provide a pet free environment. Bringing a pet or an emotional support animal (ESA) is a violation of your booking agreement that will result in the cancellation of your reservation without refund.
