As Pinkie pulled through the gated entrance, she was immediately impressed by the natural beauty abounding at every turn. The quaint wooden bridge beckoned her across an enchanting pond garnished with cypress trees and lily pads. “This is quite a hidden slice of paradise!” And to think this rare respite is right off 30A. Bordered on three sides by Topsail Hill Preserve Park, Cypress Dunes is a true nature lover's dream.

“There's nothing like a new beach house!” Pinkie pulled up in front of 130 Cypress Walk….all new construction March 2023. Designed to allow ample space and comfortable accommodations for a large family or for two or more families to spend time together, while still having plenty of private spaces in which to relax and unwind. This quintessential Florida cottage style beach house features over 2150 finished square feet decorated in a modern coastal vibe.

All solid surface coastal plank flooring throughout sets the stage for the relaxing beach vacation you have been looking for. Lofty ceilings accented with decorative beams create a sense of spaciousness while expansive glass windows and doors allow the streaming sunshine to work its magic. The fresh white kitchen with its welcoming island is the perfect back drop for family gatherings and memorable vacation meals prepared and enjoyed together. Island seats 5 with additional 8 spots around the nearby dining table. All brand new appliances promise a hassle-free experience and a charcoal grill adds just the right flavor to any meal.

With 4 covered porches to expand the living space, cozy vignettes are everywhere. Enjoy indoor/outdoor living while sipping coffee or taking in a sunset. Additional features include the elegantly appointed living/entertainment area with two comfortable sofas adjacent to a linear fireplace. Three double doors open onto the screened back porch as a welcome extension of the main living area. Sleeping a total of 8, all bedrooms are ensuite with new black-out shades. A Queen guest suite bedroom is located on the first floor for easy access without climbing the stairs. Each of the two "master" bedrooms boast king size beds and access to private porches on the second level. The fourth bedroom has a single twin bunk and a futon with a queen size mattress, functional in a lounge position for hanging out or watching TV, or it can be lowered to a fully reclined position for sleeping two adults.

Close to several public access points, getting to the beach is easy! Four beach bikes stand waiting in the rack to make getting to the beach healthy and fun. Don't forget to grab any of 6 new beach chairs available here for guest use. One of the closest beaches is in Topsail State Park, a short one-minute drive/bike from Cypress Dunes. With ample parking and a regular tram shuttle, guests are transported from the park entrance to the beach, all the while passing through old-growth pine forests, sandy scrubland, dunes and wetlands ending up on the Park's pristine 3-mile beach. This is an adventure in itself! Numerous other public beach accesses are all along 30A each with its own charm. Finding your favorite is all a part of the fun.

Guests at Bagder Dunes will enjoy full access to the outstanding community amenities including the stunning infinity edge resort-style swimming pool, (seasonally heated), hot tub, sundeck with loungers, covered outdoor tables, Amenity Center, tennis courts, pickleball court, public green space and the smaller second community pool…all just short walk from the house. Take a stroll out and about and be sure not to miss the two secluded wooden boardwalks that pass over the Cypress Pond. Stop along the way to look for the many Egrets, Great Blue Herons, owls, deer and other wildlife that make their home in this premier neighborhood.
