Welcome to “Four by the Shore”, a beautiful beach cottage that puts you right in the heart of Seaside—just 75 feet from the sand! Located on picturesque Odessa Street and directly across from the beach, this spacious getaway combines classic coastal charm with modern comfort and style.

From the moment you arrive, the wraparound first-floor porch sets the tone for a relaxing stay—complete with rocking chairs, a hammock, and that salty sea breeze that only Seaside can offer. It's the perfect place for slow mornings or sunset wind-downs after a day by the waves.

Sleeping Arrangements:
The First Floor Offers Three Private Bedrooms:
Primary King Suite With porch access, a large mounted TV, ample storage, and a beautifully renovated spa-like bathroom featuring dual vanities, a deep soaking tub, and a walk-in shower with outdoor access.
Queen + Twin Guest Room Light-filled with porch access and a private, recently renovated bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

Full Bed with twin trundle in the look out tower for those that want to enjoy the stars.

Seaside Amenity Wristbands
The Seaside HOA will require all guests 8 YEARS OF AGE AND OLDER to have the provided amenity wristbands and/or cards to access Seaside amenities such as the community pools and the Seaside beach area.

In order to receive the proper number of amenity wristbands, you MUST enter the total number of people in your travel group WHEN YOU MAKE YOUR RESERVATION.

Please bear in mind that the HOA will not be able to provide additional wristbands once you are here and they are closed on Saturday and Sunday. Finally, the Seaside HOA will charge $150 per wristband and/or card to replace any that are lost.

GETTING STARTED:
We do supply you with a complimentary kitchen starter/travel size kit, 1 bathroom starter/travels size kit per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels and a toll of toilet paper per bathroom to get you started. Along with a start up coffee kit. You will have to purchase your own additional items if you run out.

BEACH TOWELS:
This home does not include beach towels so please plan on bringing your own.

Per HOA Rules: A golf cart is considered a car, and for non-homeowners visiting Seaside are prohibited. Special circumstances and medical needs requests require a golf cart permit from the HOA and must be done prior to your arrival.
