Pitkäaikaiset vuokralaiset tervetulleita marraskuusta helmikuuhun, neuvoteltavissa, kaikki apuohjelmat mukana
Lämmitetty uima-allas, kaksi lähellä kävelevää rantaa, kolmas sulje parkkipaikka.
Uudet omistajat 3/2018 mahtava sijainti 30A, Rollin Tide on kaukana rauhallisella paikalla, lämmitetty uima-allas, lähellä kolmea Publix-rantayhteyttä 200 metrin päässä.
Nauti yhdestä kauneimmista rannoista Yhdysvalloissa! Seagrove Beachillä, joka sijaitsee Floridan smaragdirannikolla, on Karibian kaltainen valkoinen hiekka ja sinivihreä mieto vesi. Vain 1 1/2 mailia Seasideen, ja kätkeytyneenä Grayton Beachin ja Rosemary Beachin välille. 1 makuuhuoneen huoneisto ostimme hiljattain ja kunnostettiin kokonaan, ja siinä oli paljon uusia huonekaluja ja sisustusta. Meillä on jopa upouusi kylpyamme ja suihku. Itään päin oleva kuisti on täydellinen paikka aamukahvia ja iltapäivä cocktailia varjossa. Siellä on uusi kuningatar vuodesohva lapsille tai vieraillesi. Äskettäin ostettu patja ja laatikkojousi 12/2018 romanttinen queen-size-vuodevaatteet tekevät rauhallisista öistä. Ranta on vain 200 jaardin kävelymatka, ja olemme toimittaneet rantatuoleja ja rantavaunun avuksesi. Ovesi ulkopuolella on kaunis uima-allas - ei askelmia tai portaita. Keurig-kahvinkeitin keittiössä, kaksi televisiota, kaapeli ja Internet vastaavat kaikkia tarpeitasi. Kävele tai pyöräile useita paikallisia ravintoloita ja kauppoja. Olemme yrittäneet miettiä kaikkea tehdäksemme vierailustasi mahdollisimman mukavan ja nautinnollisen. Älä missaa Seasidea, kävele tai pyöräile, niin paljon tekemistä siellä. 30A on loputon ranta, katso sitä! Sulje ravintolat kävelemään Angelinan pizzaa, joka on 30A paikallinen suosikki. Sinun ei tarvitse koskaan jättää 30 A saadaksesi upean loman.

Loved this little condo!
Nice quiet location. Pool right outside our door. About 6 minutes to beach. Condo had a cute beachy theme. The condo was clean. Owner was quick to respond. Stove needed to be updated. Burners did not sit level. A bit challenging. But, made it work. We loved staying there and plan to come again.

Super Clean Condo
We really enjoyed our stay here. I would highly recommend it, and we will stay there again. It's a short walk to the beach if you don't mind that. The cart that was at the condo to haul our beach chairs was so so awesome!! Lots of things in walking distance to eat, and shop. We were there for a wedding in Grayton Beach, so it was close. It was me and my adult daughter and my best friend. The condo had plenty of parking and the condo is right by the pool. It was clean and great for us 3. The only thing I think they need to add is a full length mirror, it was hard trying to get dressed for the event with just the one mirror in the bathroom with 3 women, but we made due. We had plenty of towels and wash cloths too. The kitchen was equipped enough for us, but we really didn't do much cooking! We loved it and will stay there again in the near future!!! The owners responses were very fast and that means a lot if you are renting!!!

This is a great property, pictures do not do it justice! Very clean and completely stocked with anything you could need. Lovely pool with plenty of seating. The hosts communicated every detail so well. Would definitely go back!

Good for a small family.
Two people stayed for 2 days. The owner let us check in early, and check out late as long as we did all the laundry and cleaning. We appreciated the extra four hours and did the cleaning/laundry. The condo is a little dark and there isn’t a lot of room because the furniture is large but it’s comfortable enough for a shorter stay. The pool was heated and wonderful and the beach is a short walk.

This is our second year staying at this condo. It is perfect. Has all the amenities. Perfect location to the beach and various shops. I looked at other places but we came back to this condo and will continue to!

Ground floor, pool view, cute condo. It was perfect for a fall break get away. Pull out couch is comfortable. Coffee maker, keurig, toaster, and microwave provided. Plastic utensils for kids and plenty of metal larger utensils. Very clean and we were able to get an earlier check in! Will stay here again. Beach chairs provides and sand toys. Easy walk to the beach.

My family and I really enjoyed this listing! The walk to the beach was easy (and a great recommendation from our hosts)! Our hosts was also great at communicating! They were so helpful when we needed to adjust our dates and then wanted to add a day. We really appreciated that!

Great beach trip!
Thanks for a nice and very cute place to stay. Thanks for the wagon but it wouldn’t work with the steps to the beach. They should have handicap entrance. There were a couple of things we thought could be better. Not enough silverware and serving spoons. Ice cream scooper so we don’t bend the spoons. More kitchen towels and hand towels. There was only 1 kitchen towel and it was so cute you don’t want to use it. 1 box of kleenex would be nice. My husband didn’t pack one of the poles for our beach umbrella so your umbrella was a Godsend. But it really needs to be replaced. Falling apart. Oh yeah the drain in the tub didn’t drain well. The pool so close and ground floor was really nice. Thanks so much. Hope my input was helpful.

Awesome Place!
We went to FL to meet the new grandson in Freeport, but wanted to be near the beach. We spent most of our time inland, but enjoyed one evening enjoying the beach sunset. The owners have thought of everything to make this a home away from home! We thoroughly enjoyed it!

A little Gem in seagrove beach
This place exceeded our expectations. Even prettier when you are there. Excellent location close to restaurants and beach access. Quiet community and walking distance to the beach. The place was sparkling clean when we arrived and has absolutely everything we needed. The kitchen is well equipped too. I absolutely recommended this place and the owner was supper friendly and accommodating whenever I called her.

It was our first family trip and everything was perfect. The beach was close by the pool was right across from us. Everything at a short walking or driving distance. Love that the condo had everything we needed. Best part of all the condo was perfect for my 2 year old son. We will definitely stay here again.

Perfect location and size!
We were visiting with our two kids, 4 and 2. Everything was very clean, thoughtful, comfortable, right next to the pool, key pad worked, fully stocked kitchen and working ice machine, working dishwasher and laundry! The decorations were cute and beachy. We needed early checkin so the kids could nap, we were told 2 at the earliest but were able to get in by 12:45! We would absolutely stay again!
