The pool was fantastic. The family was in it all the time. We did have it heated since it was october and I'm glad we did. One member is on walker and the property was very wheel friendly with bars in all the bathrooms. Host met us and explained everything very quickly and efficiently. Beautiful view from back patio and two very large tables that sat all 12 of us for dinner.

Perfect getaway retreat

Our group of nine thoroughly enjoyed our weekend at the Villa. The house was beautiful and fully stocked with amenities. The patio pool and hot tub overlooks the beautiful Sonoma valley. The home is ideally located to access supplies and groceries. Loved waking up early and watching the sunrise.

First and foremost, Randy was terrific. I have rented through VRBO for several years now, and this was the best customer service, hands down. The Villa Vernazza was beautiful, inviting, comfortable, and we had a very good time.

Luxurious and spacious!

Our group of women spent 4 nights here celebrating a couple of 40th birthdays. The house was very clean, spacious, had many amenities including multiple bathrooms, washers and dryers, refrigerators, and nice kitchen appliances. The beds were comfortable and the views were beautiful. It felt very private, although we were warned not to spend time outside by the pool after 9 unless we were very quiet, as the only nearby neighbors have been known to call the police for even a moderate amount of noise. This wasn’t a big deal for us as we didn’t stay up late and it was pretty chilly outside in the evening, but might put a damper on summer evenings by the pool for anyone with a loud voice or laugh. I would definitely recommend this rental as it was well kept, beautiful, and a comfortable stay.

Stunning Villa

Had a good time

Overall good. Some of the basics like salt, pepper, sugar not there but were acquired in timely fashion by managers when asked. Teflon pans were damaged and unsafe to use. One broken toilet valve, and the heat seemed to stay on even though we turned it off. Main oven didn’t work well. Great fridges! Managers were accommodating and cimmunicative. The house and ambiance was attractive. Great water pressure in the showers. We appreciated the privacy and seclusion.

Sonoma perfect

The property was perfect for our group of 10. We were ideally located for wine tasting and the beautiful space has privacy and wonderful indoor and outdoor space. The perfect wine country experience!! The property manager was responsive and helpful. We hope we can come back some day!!!

Recent vacation trip

The property is amazingly beautiful. The air and heat system controls were initially a little difficult to figure out the showerhead in one of the major bedrooms was not working appropriately, and no amount of trying to make it spray appropriately was effective. Some directions as to placement of poolside. Seating for chairs would have been helpful as well as instructions as to location of bocce balls. The issue that was most difficult for us was not being able to close the gate we had called and asked for instructions on how to do that, but never received any reply, maybe we were not supposed to close it but we would’ve felt better if we could’ve closed it at night other than these minor issues the house is a beautiful location and was a true asset to our trip. Beautiful Place

Terrific spot for a group of friends. Very attentive and responsive hosts, gorgeous grounds. Generally well equipped kitchen (three dishwashers!), although if you want to cook, bring all necessary staples.

Almost Perfect

The property is nestled in a picturesque vineyard, breathtaking views. Clean with a great layout. Pool/Outdoor space was amazing. A few hiccups prevent me from giving a perfect rating. Despite communicating arrival times 3X to the property manager's team (wine tour), we still received a few emails and text msg on check-in day reminding us of the the process. It would have been more seamless if our previous communication had been acknowledged. Upon check-in, we were informed that a bachelorette party caused damage. Despite my communication and background check, we were subjected to q’s about our own party, which felt unnecessary. Certain comments made by the PM were slightly annoying, remarks about the property frequently attracting groups of women and booking through the website would have saved $1,500. The most significant issue was the last night of our stay, one of the refrigerators stopped working. This posed a problem as our group's chef had already spent hours planning, shopping, $ and preparing meals for 12 people and the spoiled food resulted in a disappointing final meal. When I contacted Randy about the issue, he initially downplayed its significance. He eventually acknowledged the problem and sent someone to clean out the fridge, but the initial response left us feeling frustrated. He also made another concession once asked. Despite these drawbacks, I must emphasize that the property itself is truly beautiful, and the property manager was generally responsive.

Great place for a special occasion

Villa Vernazza is a beautiful, well equipped place for a special occasion. The location is terrific in the middle of a working vineyard and very private. The house has everything you need to either relax after a long day elsewhere or just hang out and relax all day long. The host is super responsive and helpful. I would definatly recommend it.

Our daughter got married at Vine Hill House. The location of the Villa and accommodations were excellent. It was a perfect family experience. The house was well equipped, comfortable and in a gorgeous setting. Highly recommend it!

Beautiful Vineyard House Getaway
