Myöhäissyksyn lomamatka sesongin ulkopuolella. Hyvä hinta/laatusuhde. Hyvä ruoka, ystävällinen henkilökunta. Sänky olisi voinut olla parempi ja kahvi/tee huoneessa.

Ei vastannut mielestäni 4 tähden palveluita. Ei pystynyt esim. Mitään ottamaan huoneen laskuun. Piti aina olla rahat mukana. Kallis hotellin minimarket meni tosi aikaisin kiinni ja huoneessa ei ollut edes vesipulloa hotellin puolesta.

Erittäin siisti tilava hotelli
Kokemus on ehdottomasti positiivinen, mutta huoneessa puuttunut kahvin/teekeitin. Hotelli on lähellä rantaa, kaunis ympäristö. Ruoka oli monipuolinen, runsas valikoima. Ystävällinen henkilökunta. Lähinnä Katy oli auttavainen, kiitos hänelle. Suosittelen.

Viihtyisä lomahotelli
Iso hotelli, joka sopii täydellisesti, mikäli pidät auringon otosta ja löhöilystä. Tilava ja siisti parvekkeellinen huone. Uima-allas niin iso, että pystyi uimaan matkaa silloin, kun ei ollut paljoa ihmisiä altaassa. Hotellilla järjestettyä ohjelmaa (esim. vesipalloa ja vesijumppaa) pitkin päivää. Aamiainen/päivällinen oli runsas ja tarpeeksi vaihteleva ainakin kolmen päivän vierailun ajan. Santa Susannassa ei itsessään juurikaan tekemistä, joten tällainen hotelli sopi hyvin.

Hotelli vastasi odotuksia. Otimme täyshoidon ja ruoka oli hyvää. Tarjolla oli aina paljon valikoimia ja jokin speciaalimpi juttukin. Hotellissa oli rauhallista nukkua. Suosittelen, lapsiperheille oikein kiva paikka.

Kohteessa ystävällinen ja avulias henkilökunta. Mukavat altaat. Hyvä ruoka, joka sopii lapsillekin. Suomalaiseen standardiin verrattuna voisivat huoneet olla hieman siistimmät. Kuitenkin puhtaat ja hyvin siivotut tilat. Loistavat yhteydet Barcelonaan.

No AC even though the room got incredibly hot, had to leave window open all night and day but it was still very warm. Maids only came once in 6 days, took dirty towels and never brought clean ones back. Pool area was very nice, staff was friendly and overall a comfortable stay.

We are cleaning the rooms every day and not once in 6 days even if you put the card in red on your door in the afternoon we can come to clean your room. And if not please advise reception so we can help you inmediately.If they dont bring clean towels you can always ask at the reception and we can tell it to the cleaning people. Best regards .

Not sure why this is 4 star and not 3 star... Everything was fine but very average. No extras, food was adequate, not great, staff are nice but don't exactly go the extra mile. It was all fine but I'd probably try a different 4 star next time.

We stayed in March which is obviously offseason. Not even third of hotels on Riviera are open. Credits to AQUA Hotels for being open. Our stay was pleasant. Room on the 4th floor was nice and had a balcony facing beach sideways. I imagine during months of July-August with all nearby hotels open - area gets busy. Not sure this would be my first choice during summer months. I guess it would depend on rate competitiveness. If you hate paying 8 Euros per day for hotel parking, you can park for free on the street between hotel and beach. We did not use train, but station near hotel makes it really easy to visit surrounding area (including Barcelona). Breakfast in hotel was very good. Did not have a chance to see any "entertainment program" in hotel. Star time of 22:00 (10 PM) is quite ridiculous in my opinion. And if I may suggest to management of hotel to somehow regulates noise in the pool area, after midnight. People hanging around have no awareness or sense that guests in rooms are sleeping.

Toujours très bien même si cette fois-ci au 4e étage le lit était moins large Un bemol pour le spa que nous avions réservé d’emblée pour 2 jours : le hammam était hors service et on n’en a pas été informé (on y allait essentiellement pour le hammam et le sauna…) ; nous avions réservé de 18 h à 20 h pour plus de tranquillité et beaucoup trop de monde !!! Parfois aucune place disponible ; obligés d’attendre bêtement qu’une place se libère : ce n’était vraiment pas détendant !!! Il faudrait réglementer le nombre d’entrées On revient cependant en juin avec plaisir

We didn't fly and didn't check into the hotel. We called them straight away and let them know they didn't want to give us the money back. The hotel told Expedia that we didn't call and the hotel lied.

Das sehr bequeme Bett, die warme Decke, das kostenlose Wasser, die Regendusche, die freundliche Dame am Empfang im Restaurant die immer gut gelaunt ist egal wie voll es ist. Das Essen am Ankunftstag. Die Aussicht aufs Meer vom Balkon und Zimmer aus. Nicht gefallen hat uns dass es bei Ankunft sehr dreckig war und es mehrere Beschwerden an der Rezeption gedauert hat bis der Zustand behoben wurde, Ameisen im Zimmer, Finger-oder Fußnägel vom Vorgänger auf dem Nachttisch. Nachdem die spanischen Gäste abgereist waren gab es qualitativ weniger gutes Essen. Der Parkplatz war voll und wir mussten im teureren Nachbarhotel parken. Die Sangria im Restaurant wahrscheinlich ein Massenprodukt aus dem Tetrapack. Die Kinder/Erwachsene die Essen antatschen und sogar wieder vom Teller in die Auslage legten, das Personal hat nichts unternommen. Alles in Allem waren wir nach 5 Jahren wieder im Hotel und waren doch enttäuscht wie sich manches zum negativen entwickelt hat. Für eine Zwischenübernachtung würden wir es aber wieder buchen.

Another excellent visit
This is a lovely hotel. It is very clean with great facilities. The staff are most helpful and the entertainment is excellent. The rooms are very comfortable and the food excellent with a huge choice at every meal. We always choose to stay here when visiting the area because we consider it to be the best in Santa Susanna.

After a very active holidays in France in August we were looking for a short, lazy break in October. Hotel Aqua Onabrava & Spa was a perfect choice - we really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is very clean, pools area very tidy, rooms spacious and quite modern, all staff friendly and helpful. Food was very good. For the 5 days we stayed - we had breakfast, lunch and dinner - every day good selection of food and desserts. Kids really enjoyed the pick and mix sweets after meals. Me and my husband went to SPA twice over our stay and had a really nice relaxing time there, SPA wasn't overcrowded which was a big bonus. We really liked the location - beach is 5 minutes walk and its also very very clean, water amazingly clear. Over all - a great holiday in the great hotel 😊
