Asunnot – Santa Tecla

”We like this location and the amenities it offers, there’s AC, elevators, nice views, tv with cable, good wifi that didn’t go down once on us. The staff at the building are all very nice and helpful.”

”Place is hard to get to. Tried to get in touch with the host to get more of an accurate direction, and host disappeared never got back to me. Checked the next morning my messages and still nothing from the host. Don't go to this place or your gonna find yourself in the same situation as I did. ”

”This place is an absolute hidden gem in San Salvador. Mini small apartment great for traveling solo, couples or even kids. Has a pull out couch, fridge, things needed as an apartment. Great value $, host was always on point, hot water! highly recommended.

”Include a full day for a proper cleaning session as the time between one family and the other is not much. This was confirmed by the cleaning ladies that argued no much time to clean properly. We found some cleaning issues : bathroom, shower, bed sheets. We needed to wash and dry all sheets to avoid itches. Besides this, the owner was very active and sent back the cleaning team. Everything was clean again and the request was politely attended.”

”Avoid booking this unit as the internet does not work and the host simply replies saving the internet network provider can't do anything. The host appears to cheap out on amenities like the toilet paper and soap. The toilet paper was so rough and thin I ended up going out to Super Selectos to buy my own. There are bigger apartments in Art Haus that only charge $106 per night compared to this listing. Better off booking those other units.”
