Casa Colibrí – A Welcoming Retreat in Santana

Casa Colibrí is a welcoming 3-bedroom house located in a peaceful rural area of Santana, ideal for families or small groups of up to 5 guests looking for a comfortable place to rest and enjoy nature. Surrounded by lush greenery and away from traffic and noise, it provides a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, perfect for those looking to slow down and enjoy the tranquillity of Madeira.

Inside, the house features a comfortable living room with a sofa and TV, complemented by a desk that provides a practical space for working or planning your day. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms with double beds and a third bedroom with a single bed, equipped with storage drawers underneath.

The kitchen provides a functional space for preparing meals during your stay, with an open laundry area located directly in front of it for added convenience. The house also has one bathroom with a shower, shared by all three bedrooms.

Outside, directly in front of the entrance, there is a pleasant seating area with a table and chairs, surrounded by the lush greenery of the rural surroundings. This space is ideal for enjoying breakfast outdoors, taking in the scenery or simply sitting back and relaxing at the end of the day in a peaceful environment.

AREA
Located in Santana, Casa Colibrí offers the opportunity to stay in a peaceful rural setting, surrounded by nature and away from the bustle of more urban areas. The quiet, green surroundings invite you to rest and disconnect, allowing you to enjoy a slower pace of life. From the house, you can explore the landscapes, hiking trails and natural attractions of Santana and other areas of Madeira, before returning to a welcoming space where you can relax and enjoy the tranquillity of the evening.

PROPERTY RULES
To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask that you observe a few simple rules.

• Smoking is not permitted inside the property. A fine of €300 will be charged for non-compliance.
• Parties or events are not permitted.
• Pets are not permitted.
• Please be considerate of your neighbours and keep noise levels down, especially at night.

The property may be equipped with a smart sensor (Minut) that monitors noise, smoke and temperature levels, solely for safety reasons. This system does not record conversations or collect personal data. Should abnormal levels be detected, a member of our team may contact you. You are not permitted to disable, cover or tamper this or any other equipment installed on the property.

In accordance with Portuguese law, all guests must present valid identification for registration purposes.

Municipal tourist tax (when applicable):
€2.00 per person/night for guests aged 13 and above, up to a maximum of 7 nights (€14.00 per person per stay). A payment link will be sent prior to arrival.

Check-in must be scheduled in advance. If it is not arranged at least 48 hours beforehand, check-in will be subject to our team’s availability.

Check-in: from 16:00 | Check-out: by 12:00
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and an additional charge.

By confirming your reservation, all guests agree to our house rules and accommodation conditions.

OTHER NOTES
All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also provide, free of charge, a baby travel crib, high chair and baby bath upon request before check-in. Requests made less than 48 hours before arrival may be subject to an additional fee. All properties are equipped with a first aid kit, fire extinguishers and a fire blanket.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a mid-stay service is provided, including the replenishment of bed linen, towels and consumables only. This service is not included for shorter stays. Additional cleaning services during your stay are available on request at an extra charge.
