Situated at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, this villa offers peace and seclusion.



Inside, "Can Fernando" impresses with light-flooded, tastefully furnished rooms. The layout ensures privacy even with maximum occupancy. The living and dining room opens onto a terrace with sun loungers, while the large open-plan living area is separated from the bedrooms by a glazed patio. The seaside resort has restaurants, bars and small supermarkets. The beautiful town of Santanyí can be reached in 12 minutes by car. Other beautiful beaches such as Cala Llombards and Cala Mondragó are around 20 minutes away by car.
