The villa features a fully fenced private garden, private pool, and barbecue area. Spread over three floors, it accommodates up to 8 guests. All bedrooms have hot/cold air conditioning.



On the main floor, you’ll find a spacious fully equipped kitchen, a bright living room with TV and pool views, and a dining area for all guests. This space opens onto a covered terrace by the pool and barbecue, ideal for outdoor meals. On-street parking is available in front of the house. This floor also has a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.



Upstairs offers a master bedroom with private balcony, two additional double bedrooms, and a full bathroom. The basement includes a large laundry room and a bathroom with shower.



Thanks to its excellent location, a car is not necessary to enjoy your stay, though it’s recommended for exploring the island. Public transport and car rental are available nearby.
