  • Located in Cala d'Or, in the south of Mallorca, Villa Beatriz is a three-story holiday home. Its contemporary design and luxurious comfort will delight every guest. The house features a bright living-dining room, a modern, well-equipped kitchen with dining area, 4 bedrooms, and 4 bathrooms. Please note: the bedroom and bathroom in the basement are not available to guests; the property accommodates up to six people. Amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, satellite TV, cot, and high chair.



    The exterior of Villa Beatriz, surrounded by hedges, offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. Enjoy freshly grilled meals on the covered terrace, swim in the 24.5 m² pool, or unwind on the sun loungers on the wooden deck. Outdoor showers provide extra refreshment, and the large lawn invites children to play. From the balcony and upper terrace, you can enjoy wonderful views of the mountains and surroundings.



    The nearest supermarket is 1 km away and a restaurant is just 280 m from the property. For those seeking a swim, Caló d'es Pou sandy beach is a 13-minute walk or 3-minute drive away, with turquoise, crystal-clear waters.



    Street parking is available. Before check-in, and together with the local administrative fee, guests must pay a tourist tax as required by local regulations. A security deposit must be handled via a secure online platform before check-in. The local team will contact guests to arrange these details.

The host was excellent at this property. We had two minor issues which were sorted the same day and they could not have done more. Nice property in a great location.

Stunning Villa as good as it looks

We had a lovely stay for 4 nights at Villa Beatriz, the villa was clean and bright and a lovely unexpected welcome pack was left for us on arrival that was just what was needed as we were late evening arrivals. It's just a short walk to the Cala D'or Marina, where there are loads of bars and restaurants. Couldn't fault it, thank you.

Lovely house with great amenities

Pros: We’ve just returned from a very enjoyable 2 week stay at Villa Beatriz. The villa is lovely, well equipped and spacious. Nice pool area and comfortable sun loungers for relaxing. The villa was clean and well kept and the hosts were very helpful. We had to contact the hosts a couple of times during the 2 weeks, once when the downstairs air conditioning wasn’t working and once when we had no hot water due to a boiler issue but both times they were incredibly helpful, quick to respond and had both issues resolved within a couple of hours so no complaints from us. The villa is very close to the marina which is beautiful (5-7 minute walk). The main town and beach are a little further (25 minute walk) but we took a taxi into town and then walked back after our meals. Great choice for food and drink at both the marina and in town, we didn’t have a bad meal once. We loved Cala’dor and will definitely return and would happily stay at Villa Beatriz again. Cons: The villa is close to a road which is not clear in the property description. You can’t hear it inside so doesn’t affect sleeping but we did have a few buses and lorries going past as we relaxed on the sun loungers. It’s not hugely busy but worth noting it is close. The villa is well shielded so you cant see the road and no-one can see in, you can just hear it from time to time. It wouldn’t stop us staying here again though, you block it out after a while.
