This idyllic country house is nestled in the picturesque and idyllic landscape of south east of Majorca, between the traditional villages of Santanyi and Cas Concos. The beaches of Cala Santanyi, Cala Llombards, S'Almunia, and the charming bay of Cala Mondrago, located within a nature reserve, are just a few kilometers away. The tourist resort of Cala D'Or is a 15-minute drive away. There, you'll find small sandy coves and a diverse range of exclusive boutiques, restaurants, bars, and nightlife.

Finca Parra is a stunning country house with spacious, bright rooms and high-quality, tasteful furnishings that give the house the feel of a summer residence. The entrance leads directly into the comfortable and spacious living/dining area. Several large glass doors allow sunlight to flood in and connect the room to the expansive outdoor terrace. The fully equipped country-style kitchen can be accessed from both the living and dining areas and opens onto a covered terrace leading to the outdoor kitchen. Also on the ground floor are three spacious and bright double bedrooms. One has two single beds, direct access to the terrace, and an en-suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other also with two single beds, share a shower room with a walk-in shower. This shower room is wheelchair accessible. A guest toilet completes the ground floor.

Upstairs, there are two large double bedrooms. Both are furnished with single beds and have en-suite shower rooms and small covered terraces, perfect for relaxing in the evenings and gazing at the stars. Upon waking in the morning, you'll be greeted by a breathtaking view of the landscape with its almond trees, the beautiful church of Santanyi, and the island of Cabrera.

The outdoor area is beautifully landscaped, offering various sunny and shady spots for relaxation and enjoying the tranquility of country life – simply a place to unwind. The garden features a large lawn bordered by palm, fig, and almond trees. The 12m x 4m pool, with a depth of 1.00m – 1.75m and Roman steps, invites you to refreshing swims, while sun loungers scattered around it are perfect for sunbathing. A covered terrace, draped in vibrant bougainvillea, is the heart of summer al fresco dining. Here you'll find the outdoor kitchen with a large sink, a spacious built-in barbecue, and attractive outdoor furniture, ideal for cozy barbecue evenings. The property is enclosed by dry stone walls, typical of Mallorca, providing ample space for children to play and run around. A child-safe fence around the pool is available upon request. An outdoor playground is also provided.
