  • Overview
    Villa Binimelis is located in Cala D Or, Mallorca. This detached
    vacation rental property offers air-conditioning, Free Wi-Fi and sleeps
    up to 10 people with 5 Bedrooms and 3 Bathrooms. There is a private
    pool (South-West Facing) with barbecue. Walking distance to the Beach
    and Restaurants.
    Layout

    Villa Binimelis is a villa with a private pool, large terrace, poolside
    dining area and BBQ. The main entrance to the villa is at road-level.
    Inside the villa is a living room with dining area and kitchen. There
    are five bedrooms, one double bedroom and four twin bedrooms (from
    which one is with en suite bathroom), and two family bathrooms. A roof
    terrace provides beautiful views over the surrounding area. Villa
    Binimelis has air-conditioning in all the bedrooms. It has a timer from
    20:00 to 06:00

    Living Room
    The living room has a Satellite TV, ornamental fireplace, dining area,
    comfortable sofas, DVD Player and Free Wi-Fi. There are patio doors to
    the pool terrace.

    Kitchen
    The kitchen features a granite work top, toaster, coffee maker, washing
    machine, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, stove/hob and oven. There
    is also a barbecue outside.

    Bedrooms
    Villa Binimelis has 5 air-conditioned Bedrooms:
    Bedroom 1 is air-conditioned with a double bed.
    Bedroom 2 is air-conditioned with 2 single beds.
    Bedroom 3 is air-conditioned with 2 single beds.

Wonderful Trip at Villa Binimelis!

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Binimelis, myself, my wife, and my two daughters (11&13). What an amazing location, about 2-3 minute walk to the beach and 2-3 minute walk to downtown where all the restaurants are!. The home had all the space we needed, and after a long trip in Europe it was nice to finally have some quality AC! The pool was amazing and refreshing, and the host was very easy to communicate with. We had an amazing stay and hope to come back one day!

We really enjoyed this holiday and the accommodation was very good. We loved how central it was with easy access to restaurants, pubs, beeches, shops, the marina and grocery shops. The rooms were comfortable and there was plenty of hot water for 10 people to all use the shower. The pool was fun and good for all ages. A deep end for the older kids and lots of space in the shallow end for younger kids. Only downside and the reason for 4 stars was the issue with the a/c. I read in advance that the villa had restricted times for the a/c. Given I had a young baby that needed naps, I sent an email in advance to request I could adapt the a/c times to suit our family. I was told by the agent that the restricted times were only limited in the lounge and the bedrooms were 24/7. This was perfect. Upon arrival, this proved to be incorrect. There was no a/c apart from in the bedrooms and the bedrooms were restricted. I contacted the agent and asked if we could adapt the restrictions. After 3 days of arguing I was told that it came at a high price to have it unrestricted. Therefore I warned them I would provide this feedback. The property and setup were great. My only grudge was the a/c that I felt I was let down on. The description was accurate in the advert. It was simply an agent error that I was disappointed by. One other thing that didn’t bother us but I didn’t notice in the description is that the upstairs area is only accessible by going outside and using a separate key.

The Good - location to beaches and center of town. The lay out of the property. The property manager was responsive when we immediately complained (below). Cleaners came to clean next morning. We asked for beach towels, they gave us plenty. The Bad - security is terrible. Our property was broken into. No scurity system or cameras.You will even notice signs in the property indicate that (1) if you are outside by the pool, you should lock up and secure the doors and windows (which is odd) and (2) if people come to clean the property outside of the designated cleaning days, don’t let them in). Our last night, the house was broken into - 4 pairs of shoes and earrings were stolen. We reported it to the police and the property manager. I still haven’t heard from customer service. Upon arrival, the place was cleaned but not deep cleaned (eg, spider webs in corners, ants, roaches (2) some grime in showers, yard full of pine needs, lounge chairs old and dirty, grill rusted and grimey. We bought grill which we cleaned and left. Lots of ants at first, which were not properly treated. We needed more traps and had use ant spray ourselves to spot treat bedroom areas of penetration. Bait traps left by the home owner appear to be ineffective. The A/C was not functioning the first night which was extremely hot. It was an electrical problem which was fixed the next day. Many of these things could have been done before arrival. In general, the property listing looks more updated than reality.

Great relaxed holiday. When we arrived, we couldnt believe how accurate the property listing was. The pool area was magnificent and well-maintained. We tried great Spanish specialties (Paella, Gazpacho, and Patatas bravas) in some of the restaurants in Cala D Or and Portocolom as well. Thank you for organizing the most perfect holiday that we ever had!

All perfect!!! The description of the villa is accurate and we felt safe and secure both at the villa and within Cala D Or generally. The living room and the kitchen are very well-equipment and comfortable. The outside area is so stunning. We spend a good time around the pool and enjoyed it very much. The property is within walking distance of the beach and restaurants. We would recommend this property to anyone!!

Excellent villa. The villa was simple and really good for the price. Housekeeping, WiFi, washing machine, barbecue, and DVD player were of great value for us as a family. We spent some really nice, warm evenings around the pool. Very impressed with the level of contact from the company before, during, and after our holiday. I hope we will come back very soon.

Fantastic Villa!

We have just returned from a wonderful week at Villa Binimelis, travelling as a nine person family ranging from 10 months to 62 years. Plenty of room space, and very well equipped. Fantastically positioned for everything - beaches, shops, bars and restaurants all within 5 minutes walk, yet very quiet area. Our only criticism would be that the air conditioning only operates from 8pm to 6am, and an extra hour early afternoon, which wasn’t ideal for baby in need of a nap! However, it was very efficient. Will happily stay here again.

When you visit Mallorca stay here. Would highly recommend this villa. All in all a good time spent here at the villa. We spoiled ourselves with delicious food, fun in the sun, sharing and caring. Indeed, everybody we met on the island was happy, friendly and helpful. We loved this place and we would love to return.

Villa Binimelis has 5 very cozy rooms and a great spacious outside area with a nice pool, BBQ, patio, and terrace. Lovely to sit out and relax with a glass of wine. Almost everything is in the vicinity of walking distance...beach, restaurants, bars, but still in a calm neighborhood. Villa Binimelis and Cala D Or match all our wants and we were glad that we stayed there for our holiday. The people of Cala D Or are very friendly and they told us to try some local foods and wines, which are really tasty. Do not hesitate to book this place and villa.

Villa Binimelis was within walking distance of the beach and restaurant. Lovely walk along the promenade and great restaurants around the marina. If you want a beach holiday, everything you need is here, but if you have a car youre within easy reach of many other resorts to the north and south of the island. During our stay there we visited Portocolom and Cala Figuera and tried the most delicious specialties in the whole Mallorca. Most of our time we spend at Cala Petita, Playa Cala Gran, and Platja de sAmarador beach entraining ourselves with different activities: relaxing sunbathing, swimming, snorkeling, etc. Agni was perfect. We couldnt have asked for a higher level of service. From the booking through the end of our vacation, everything went flawlessly. I would highly recommend this property, and I would most certainly return again.

We had a perfect holiday in Mallorca - it is truly an idyllically beautiful island with stunning turquoise seas white cliffs olive groves and a host of excellent restaurants. We stayed in the Villa Binimelis which was clean comfortable and cozy and has everything you need for a 2 weeks holiday at a reasonable price. Situated in the heart of Cala D Or it takes only a short walk to get to almost everything: supermarkets, restaurants, bars...The location is also excellent for exploring other places and the local area. Within only a 10-15 minute drive you are at Portocolom and Cala Figuera where you can enjoy their local amenities, beaches, shops, restaurants... We tried great Spanish specialties there. Great food, great people, nice place and perfect holiday for us! We will be returning again.

I cant say enough about this villa and its location. My family recently returned home from the property and had the best time! Villa Binimelis and Cala D Or were perfect for my family. We loved alternating days between exploring different beaches and having relaxing days at the villa. There are many excellent beaches near(Cala des Pou and Cala Petita) and around the marina is a huge selection of restaurants, cafes, bars, and shops. There are also great restaurants, bars, and a supermarket within a few minutes walk from the villa, and the sea/beach is only three minutes walk away. Cala D Or and Villa Binimelis were very charming, clean, and ideal for a family. The villa had everything we needed. I havent felt so relaxed and connected to a place in a long time. The villa was spotless on arrival and extremely cozy. The beds were nice and we all had a good nights rest. Working with Agni Travel was also great as they were also a quick phone call away to answer any questions. Overall, highly recommended. You are sure to be satisfied and relaxed during a stay in this villa.

Really wonderful time and would highly recommend Agni Travel for excellent service. Very relaxing property and neighborhood. It is a 5-10 min walk to almost everywhere, particularly to the beach and near to exceptional restaurants where great seafood and caters are served. We found the people of Cala D Or very friendly and the local food tasty. We also liked their local wines, you have to try them while you are there. Do not hesitate to book this place and villa. Would highly recommend it to everybody.

We had a wonderful time in Cala D Or and Villa Binimelis. The Villa has everything you need for a great stay, and is in a great location, near(3-5 minutes walk) to the beach, restaurants, bars, shops...Great amenities too! Also, I like the fact, it has enough outdoor furniture for all. We hit the pool in the morning and the beach in the afternoon. Overall nice relaxed holiday.Thanks for all.
