”I enjoyed my stay at this hotel so much that I ended up extending it. The customer service was exceptional, and the staff were incredibly amazing and helpful throughout my visit. Additionally, the location is highly convenient—close to everything you need, yet remarkably quiet and peaceful. I highly recommend staying here.”

”The place was beautiful but the stairs you need to take to the second floor are a bit obnoxious. Twisted stairs makes getting luggage and items up and down very interesting. Other then that it was a nice hotel.”

”Our stay here was OK. Nothing special, but nothing terrible.
The staff were friendly but not attentive, we had to keep waving them down to get their attention at the pool. The breakfast was ok, just a standard buffet breakfast.
Lobby was impressive but rooms were ok, clean.
We booked a driver with reception which was a rip off so would recommend just booking a grab at a fraction of the price.”

”Traveled Cambodia will always hold a special place in my heart, as it is my motherland. I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel twice this year, once in March and again in August, and both experiences were wonderful!
What truly stood out to me was the exceptional hospitality and kindness of the staff. They genuinely went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and memorable. They even helped me search for a photography studio for a photoshoot, contacted several vendors on my behalf...

”An oasis in the heart of Phnom Penh
Palace Gate Hotel & Resort was an exceptional place to stay and truly deserves a 5-star rating. The service was excellent throughout our visit: professional, warm, and always attentive without being intrusive.
The hotel itself is beautiful, with elegant architecture, peaceful gardens, and a lovely pool area that feels like a calm oasis right in the middle of the city. After busy day in Phnom Penh, it was the perfect place to relax and unwind.
The location...
