"POSITIVES: Wonderful pool area and versatile breakfast. Excellent service in the Sports Bar, special thanks to Jehil. Food was also very good in there. All over the staff was friendly and helpful, except in reception and breakfast restaurant. Hotel's public facilities are great. NEGATIVES: Room was freezing cold and wet. Room temperature was 18 degrees which we complained about. They rised it to 20-21 degrees and said that they can't rise it more - just live with it! And it took 48 hours that it rised those 2-3 degrees. Moist didn't appear and they had lack of intress to solve that out. Mirrors were so fogged that you couldn't see yourself. Floors were moist, even wet, and so slippery that it was dangerous to walk there. You need slippers and had to step like walking on the ice. They tried to blame outside air as well. We didn't kept our balcony door open any moor than going there and when came in. The floor was already wet when we stepped in the room at the first time and BEFORE the balcony door had been opened even once. When checked in, no one helped with the luggages - we carried them by ourselves. No one came to show where our room was, so we had to wander here and there a while that we founded it by ourselves. When checked out, no one asked, how was our stay. Service in the reception was poor and unhelpful. Room price was 300 EUR per night. You definitely expect something even desent for that price."
