Before entry, we’ll ask for the tax ID number (RUT), national ID, or passport of everyone entering so we can notify the concierge of your arrival.

On the day of your arrival, you will be greeted by the concierge; please indicate which apartment you will be staying in. They will provide you with the necessary orientation and guide you through the check-in process.

Once you have checked in at the front desk, you will have access to the apartment via an electronic lock.

Other important details
In the apartment, you’ll find toilet paper, soap, and enough dish soap to get your stay off to a comfortable start. Please note that these supplies are intended for the beginning of your stay. We do not operate as a hotel.

If your stay is long (more than 30 days), we can arrange for additional supplies to be delivered.
