”I arrived @Cozy Room during my first visit there and learned my booking had gone into the hotel's spam mail. Subsequently, there was no booking for me and no available rooms. However, Cozy Room immediately made it right-within 15 minutes they Ubered me, at their expense, to another hotel not too far away. I was heading to Machu Picchu the next morning so I left my luggage at the new hotel to hold until my return. Upon my return, Cozy Room had picked up my luggage and they were waiting for me...

”Outrageously perfect hotel. A real bargain. Patient and knowledgeable staff, and best of all - the breakfast was better than many restaurants. The location could not have been better...right across from san pedro market!! You need to check this place out. We'll never stay anywhere else in Cusco.”

”We had a wonderful stay at El Balcón del Sol. The 3-bedroom apartment was clean and much more spacious than we expected. Having a full kitchen and a large living room equipped with everything we needed made it feel like home. The host was very accommodating, checking in to ensure we had everything we needed, and the WiFi was very reliable. After long days of trekking, being able to cook a meal and relax in the hot tub was the ultimate luxury. It was the perfect place to recharge.”
