Comfort & Amenities
Enjoy a comfortable queen-size bed, air-conditioning, a smart TV, and a full bathroom with a romantic vibe — perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.

The kitchenette includes everything you need for light cooking: microwave, mini-fridge, toaster, blender, and kitchen utensils (no stove) to make your stay easy and convenient.

Parking
There is no private parking, but a paid parking lot with surveillance cameras is available next to the building $2.50 usd per night (No cameras are inside the apartment.)

Electricity
Electricity is measured by a digital meter located inside the apartment. Normal usage is about $10–$15 USD per week.

House Rules
NO THIRD PARTY BOOKING
No parties or events allowed.
No extra guests beyond your reservation.

Please do not throw toilet paper in the toilet — plumbing charges apply if this happens.


Laundry Service
Laundry service is available for $10 USD per load.
