The staff went over and beyond what they should have to provide me with an exceptional stay. Apartment itself was immaculate, modern and super quiet. It is off the direct beach area, so probably quieter at night than places right on the water, but really easy to get to various restaurants and bars as well as the beach. "We had an excellent stay in the ocean front room with double windows. Nice and clean, and whatever we would need would be coming to us fast. In my experience and after three years in the Dominican Republic, the customer service of this country has a lot to improve but Catalonia Santo Domingo was fantastic and exceptional! Kind and smiling staff all around. THANK YOU! Everything worked in an easy and smooth way. Lots of smiles and kindness."
