”The wasn’t bad but it also wasn’t great. The common area is what made it nice. The room the beds were super hard, very stuffy NO AC or FAN. Bathroom had mold but it was more noticeable because of the moist of the room. Honestly we ended up leaving to another hotel. ”

”No air-conditioning. Plenty of shops within walking distance. San Martin for breakfast is an 8 minute walk. There's a local market for fruit and cafes near by. The main city centre is a qtl 30/ by Uber. ”

”Beautiful hotel with amazing views of the volcano. Beautifully decorated, large room with jacuzzi and large shower. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful at all times. My only complaint is that they were hosting a wedding the night we stayed there and we had no idea going into it, so we weren’t able to eat at their restaurant that night. The music was loud but ended early, other than that this hotel is beautiful. The rooftop restaurant and bar are great also! ”
