”The host was extremely helpful when we needed help and even made a call for us to help with train ticket issues since we do not speak Portuguese well enough. He also sent maps on how to get to a few places. Again very convenient and helpful. I will say it is a little bit of a drive to get to a grocery store. There were some ants and flies but you are next to a farmer’s field and in the countryside so it is normal and to be expected. I would definitely return there and recommend it if you find...

”Pros: All the little extra's that the host left for us. The amount of space, both inside and outside the villa. The beautiful art work on the walls. The opportunity to relax! Cons: The road noise- particularly from passing lorries tooting during the day; was a bit much. Traffic would have been ok; but the villa is right on a bend; so the noise, when you are by the pool is not relaxing. ( Obviously the hosts cannot change this, and the villa itself is simply beautiful!)”

8/10 Hyvä

"We had a great experience."

The Social Hub Porto

10/10 Loistava

"Great location, right in the heart of the city. We’ve stayed at another place from the same chain before, and I like the concept. The common areas are probably the best part of the place: there’s a rooftop pool, pool table, ping pong table, a small gym and plenty of places to sit and hang out. Everything has a stylish, youthful look, and the rooftop has good views. We also tried the food there and enjoyed it. The staff were very friendly and helpful. A special mention for the attention to detail: this was the first place so far where our requests made before arrival were actually noticed. We had asked for an extra blanket, and it was already waiting for us in the room. We really appreciated that! We had breakfast once. It was good and there was a decent selection, although I remember the breakfast at their other location being a little better. It was also quite busy when we were there, and finding a free table took a bit of effort. The room was clean and comfortable, though fairly simple. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and liked the relaxed atmosphere."
