This apartment features one bedroom (suite) with a king-size bed and a living room with a sofa bed (sleeps 1 person). The balcony offers a beautiful sea view, ideal for relaxing. Check-in is between 3 pm and 9 pm; if you are unable to arrive within this time, please contact us so we can advise you on another property. We are working to make the check-in time more flexible.
Guests should bring bed linens for the sofa bed (double size, preferably without elastic) and bath and face towels. For 3 or 4 people, don't forget to bring beach towels and sarongs. We do not change linens during your stay, but if necessary, please notify us 48 hours in advance for replacement. We provide 4 pillows and 1 duvet.
The American-style kitchen is equipped with a 2-burner electric stove, pots and pans, and basic utensils, ideal for small meals. Parking is paid separately (R$ 15/day) and managed by Orlapark, with valet parking and 24-hour access.
The building offers 24-hour security, a swimming pool, a gym, and a self-service laundry (Bubble Box Santos).
We are located in the best and safest neighborhood in Santos, right on the beachfront.
We accept 1 small pet per rental, provided it knows how to relieve itself in the appropriate place. It is important to note that there is an additional fee for the pet (R$150.00), which must be added to the number of guests. When bringing their pet, the guest assumes full responsibility for any damage to the furniture, including cleaning of upholstery and carpets, if necessary (cost of R$300.00).
