Our apartment has 1 bedroom (suite) with a double bed, a living room with a comfortable sofa bed, an open-plan kitchen, a balcony, and a powder room. The kitchen is equipped with a 4-burner stove, microwave, coffee maker, sandwich maker, water filter, basic utensils, and a washer/dryer.

We offer 1 free covered parking space.

Important: the apartment does not have safety nets. Children are welcome, but it is the parents' responsibility to ensure their safety by keeping the balcony glass doors always closed and locked with a key (100% lockable sliding glass system).

We accept 1 small pet for an extra fee. Update the number of guests to include your pet and view the price.

Guests have access to the condominium's full facilities, which include a heated adult pool and children's pool, sauna, large gym, playroom, games room, massage room, and computer room.

The location is prime: just a few blocks from the Miramar and Parque Balneário shopping malls, Gonzaga Beach, and the city's commercial center. It's also only one block from the traditional Cine Roxy, ideal for enjoying a good movie with popcorn.

You can leave your car in the garage and enjoy the area on foot, with easy access to restaurants, bars, shops and tourist attractions.

We accept one small pet per booking, provided it knows how to relieve itself in an appropriate place. There is an additional fee for pet accommodation, so it is necessary to include your pet in the number of guests at the time of booking.

Please note that the guest is responsible for any damage caused by the animal. In case special cleaning of upholstery or carpets is required, a fee of R$ 300.00 may be charged. This measure aims to keep the environment clean and pleasant for all visitors.
