Please note that the shower stall has a narrower opening, with a total width of 106 cm and an approximate clear opening of 43 cm. Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment. The building offers 1 unmarked parking space. The common areas of the condominium, such as the swimming pool, gym, and party room, are not available for use. Pet-friendly accommodation, allowing up to 2 small or medium-sized pets, subject to an enhanced cleaning fee. Pets are not allowed on sofas or beds. Smoking is not permitted in the apartment, nor is receiving visitors or disrespecting the condominium's quiet hours. Entry is permitted only for registered guests.
