”They messed up our booking reservation, we arrived on this property only to be told that we didn’t have a reservation when in fact I’ve been communicating with them about my expected time of arrival and even fill up their booking information online. Elias promised us to refund our uber and promised to give us 15% off our original booking payment but he didn’t response to my text when I followed up about it. ”

”The apartment was lovely. The beds were very comfortable and everything was very clean. The air conditioning was adjustable for each bedroom and living room, which was great!!! I really enjoyed drinking my morning coffee on the balcony and you could hear the waves crashing in the shore.
The area is very walkable and it is literally right across the street from the beach. There were two different restaurants and a supermarket within a couple blocks and more about a 1/2 mile down the beach...

”The room was well taken care of in a decent location, the on site parking was super convenient as well! My favorite part of the stay was the staff members, they were so incredibly nice and helpful. Any interaction we had, they were eager to help and give recommendations on things to do around the area! I also loved that they had beach necessities like towels and lotions to borrow! Next visit I would absolutely stay at this property again!”

”Located in the heart of San Juan, you need to book it! Public transportation is a breeze with multiple bus stops in super close proximity and plenty of iconic food options nearby less than 5 minutes away walking. The staff was all super nice and accommodating to us and our day to day needs. Beach is a 10 minute walk up the road from the hotel so you don't even need to go far. The option for parking in the back is there but because of the location of the hotel, you don't even need a car!...
