周邊多餐廳，跟沙灘有距離，

房間：夠大，設施齊全！但比較殘舊，浴室雲石磚有脫落痕積，露台圍欄生誘。床感覺不太乾淨，睡上去有此粒粒，不知道是什麼。餐飲：我只享用過自助早餐，泳池旁的早餐比較多選擇，位置較寬敞。海天閣就小一點，早餐繁忙時間有點逼。設施：有多個泳池，可能設計成園林，泳池水有落葉，感覺不太乾淨，泳池有提供成人小童水泡租用。健身房設施不多，部分玩樂要收費，且要求穿著運動服。spa費用不便宜，大概¥300多塊才半小時... 員工：前台職員較慢熱，只是簡單回答問題，禮賓部職員比較熱心，會主動提供協助。房務員工有禮，工作高效率！交通：公交車可以在亞泰商業中心，或愛立方濱海樂園上下車，距離酒店大約5-10分鐘腳程。有旅遊大巴每個小時在酒店接送到機場，¥25塊一個人，車程一個半小時酒店周邊：酒店大門前就是百花谷購物中心，很多餐廳選擇，愈夜愈熱鬧！酒店的所謂私屬沙灘應該不是酒店私屬的，看來任何人士都可進入。酒店提供來往沙灘的電瓶車，但只停靠在沙灘對面，還要走一段小路前往...倒不如自己走路去，大概5分鐘腳程

Bra för avkoppling

Mysigt hotell med stora rum. Vi valde privat pool vilket var perfekt för en vecka med avkoppling. Poolen rengjordes dagligen. De enda problemen var att hotellet var angripet av fuktskador vilket luktade konstigt, samt att Wifi är mycket långsamt. Personalen mycket trevliga och hjälpsamma. Gångavstånd till stranden (Yalong bay). Det finns flera restauranger i resorten men man får räkna med något högre priser. Resorten har en supermarket och ett antal butiker.

Rien à dire ... Superbe hôtel, personnel accueillant et réactif, chambre immense (120m2) super équipée, des tas de restaurants et de boutiques dans un rayon de 300m, piscine ouverte jour et nuit, la plage à 300m ... Seul petit bémol, le petit-déjeuner ... C'est la foire d'empoigne !!! D'abord la galère pour trouver une table ... les tables ne sont pas débarrassées. Il faut commencer par trouver une table libre, puis faire le ménage soi-même ... Ensuite, le buffet ... C'est la guerre !!! On se pousse ... on se bouscule ... on crie parce qu'il n'y a plus de café ... le temps qu'on trouve le récipient adéquat, les plateaux de fruits se sont vidés ... On se fait griller une tranche de pain, mais on ne trouve plus ni beurre, ni confiture ... Mais ... bon ... avec un peu de bonne humeur et beaucoup de patience, on arrive quand même à profiter de ce moment pour bien démarrer la journée ... Dans l'ensemble, magnifique hôtel à recommander.

Good hotel

Unforgettable trip with family in Sanya. Hotel is quite near beach & shipping mall, though the mall is small. What's more, we do like the swimming pool and restaurant near it, reasonable price and delicious food.

600 Room Resort Hotel Close to the Beach

This hotel was pretty nice. The room was clean. The buffet breakfast was immense and delicious. It included both typical Chinese food, and some typical Western food, all well prepared. The water has a non-potable symbol at the faucet. The toilet is a normal American style toilet. The bathroom is modern and includes a big tub, separate shower. The lighting is really dim. It's not bright enough to shave by. There is a telephone in the bathroom. The hot water was hot, the cold not really cold, but cold enough. The bed was HARD. I have found this typical of Chinese hotel beds. It was painful to sleep on my side, and I ended up trying to sleep on my back, which was barely tolerable, but not being a back sleeper this presented a problem. The air conditioning worked well, and was easy to set. It's tied in to the sliding glass door to the small balcony. If you open the door, the air conditioning goes off. The hotel does not want to have to cool the 90+ degree air of the outside. Besides me, there was no one who really spoke English. They try, but even with a mobile phone translator, it's really really difficult. Right outside the hotel entrance is a sort of outdoor shopping area with lots of restaurants. Most are air conditioned. There is a Starbucks and a Haagen Das. Some accept American credit cards, but it's best to have cash. The ATM machine in the bank in the shopping area did not like my any of my ATM cards, but fortunately the ATM in the hotel did.

Amazing Room

The room was nice structured and big. The bathroom tub leaked and we couldn't have a proper bath at end, since whole bathroom floor got wet because of the tub that leaked. The location was nice and conveniently connected to the mall and close to Yalong Bay. Outside exterior was nice too: beautiful Chinese roof style and grand.

Close to beach and nice hotel.

Spacious and excellent hotel. Great location. Lots of trees and well maintained garden. Great value! Got upgraded to facing the pool for our anniversary. Will recommend to people.

整體還不錯，可是不會再來。

首先，華華宇是我在三亞住的第二間酒店。一開始已經在評價上看到關於房間的衛生間的負面評論，登記入住時人不算太多其實，不過工作人員比較少而且都比較慢。幫我登記的那一位小姐語氣比較不好，問問題要不就反問我，要不就當聽不見，最後直接把我推給行李員叫他帶我去房間。我問我的房間包早餐嗎，她說了什麼我聽不到再問就反問我自己選的不知道嗎？這個態度做前台是真的沒關係嗎？我問餐廳在哪就直接叫行李員帶我去房間。排隊的時後有些退了房沒退訂金的客人會拿著一張紙直接不排隊過來，但是沒有一個前台會提醒。說什麼幫我升級了房間，衛生間兩個洗手池都有問題。一個去水時水管會漏水，一個洗的時候旁邊直接滲水，淋浴的地方已經把去水那個蓋子拿了起來，去水還是很慢，浴缸沒有熱水，不管開了多久，淋浴只有暖水不是熱的。因為第二天跟團所以沒有理會這些問題，明明按了請勿打擾，跟團回來後房間被打掃了，那請勿打擾是有什麼用？這樣感覺很不好，而且都沒有打掃乾淨。住的時後吃了酒店的池畔火鍋，選擇少，不會補充食物，而且只有羊肉沒有牛和豬，太奇怪了，不推薦。臨近有幾個商業街還是挺方便的，不過也是高清費。說真的，選酒店看評論很重要，看了不要僥倖以為自己會有什麼不同。

Mycket trevligt hotell - högsta betyg!

Mycket fint hotell nära en underbar strand. Poolen och servicen var också bra. Stor frukostbuffe med både kinesisk och västerländsk frukost. Vi hade beställt ett familjerum, men blev uppgraderade till en fantastisk svit på 110 kvm med utsikt över poolområdet, med kokospalmer precis utan för fönstret och de 2 balkongerna. Om man inte kan kinesiska så bör man ha någon med sig som kan det, då personalen endast hade rudimentära kunskaper i engelska.

Located by one of the busiest restaurant area

Hotel has antiquated look and feel but under maintained. The rooms are big but not very practically styled and designed. King size bed is very uncomfortable because of it is soft and overuse, dipping in the middle. Breakfast had good variety but could be made better in some cases. However hotel is located at one of the busiest restaurant area as several food malls are close by. Also very convenient to Yalong Bay Beach. Beach is very nice, with sandy beach and low tides.

Requires some effort

Huayu Resort and Spa was a lovely place to stay, the room was large and comfortable with a beautiful bathroom. We were a 5minutes walk from the beach and the pool was very nice. It's a great place for the price but comes with a few caveats. Unfortunately our stay required quite a bit of effort on our part as foreign (U.S.) tourists. The staff could not find our hotels.com reservation for over half an hour when we arrived. I think they eventually created a new reservation for us and due to the misunderstanding we were unable to charge anything to our room the entire stay which was often inconvenient. The hotel ATM would not accept our foreign card, even though we live in China and had frequently used that card. That was a bit stressful, but we were able to find a bank nearby and other ATMs at other hotels that would work. While many of the staff did speak some English and all were polite, every request took longer than normal. I thoroughly recommend learning at least the numbers 0-10 in mandarin, as resorting to Chinese was often the easiest way to get things done. Being able to say our room number in Chinese sped things up many times at breakfast and the front desk. The hotel restaurant seemed to only offer seafood or hot pot buffet every night. The hotel is well situated near to a lot of local restaurants but most serve Cantonese food, which we were looking for a break from since we live in Guangdong. We ended up spending a lot of time at other hotels nearby for meals.

與網上照片不符的洒店, 有點失望

房間與網上照片不符合, 房間衛生程度並不理想; 浴室牆身汚漬頗多, 房間傢俬殘舊，酒店走廊帶著一股霉味，很不舒服; 好處是酒店旁是購物中心, 食肆林立, 酒店前台員工服務態度普通, 反而泳池員工很友善, 熱心提點那個位置曬太陽比較好, 需否要添加毛巾等等 ....

Enjoyable vacation in China

awesome vacation! We enjoyed every second of it. Beach is within walking distance and not crowded, The sand is white and the sea blue. The only disadvantage is that the sea at the beach is not clear enough to go snorkelling and you are only allowed to swim in a special area (although the beach is really long). Some Chinese people were spitting on the sand. Hotel is huge and nice in a traditional Chinese style. Pool area is nice and big (3 independent pools), lots of palm trees, sunbeds, pool volleyball & basketball, towels. The room was spacious and comfortable. There is an open, big bathroom with a bathtub and the king size bed was big and comfy. We also had a small balcony with a couch. Breakfast was delicious (Chinese and Western style) including fresh fruits and breads. Sometimes it was hard to find a table inside but there were always plenty of tables outside. There was always the same music during breakfast. We have not been to any other restaurants inside the hotel. The guests were mainly Chinese families (parents, 1-5 year old kids and grandparents) but there were also a few Russians. The hotel provided free balloons for the kids during breakfast which was kind of annoying because the kids kept destroying them....

服务好，房间有霉味

酒店服务很好，遇到的每个服务员都会和我们微笑问好打招呼。唯一觉得不好，就是房间有霉味，可能是空调的原因，令人不舒服。

1 night stay in Yalong Bay Hua Yu

At the check-in the staff is quick to react to the situation of difference between online order request vs. system recorded. Booked a king size bed but hotel staff informed the system recorded was two single. The staff after verifying the online order upgraded the room for free to make up for the system discrepancies. The room is spacious and well kept. Hotel is located just above the popular Bai Hua Gu where there wide variety of food and entertainment. Will visit again next time due to convenient location and pricing.

酒店下面便是百花谷商業中心, 吃, 喝十分方便. 乘機場巴士來回和坐公共巴士到市區也十分方便.

酒店的房間設備不錯, 地方又大, 沒有什麼其他住客提及的霉味, 總體來說是滿意的. 早餐品種算不少了, 只是只發給每位客人一雙筷子和一個鐵勺子, 未免未夠體貼, 況且期間一直有清潔員工入來掃地, 可謂不很專業. 游泳池算是不錯, 但水質給人不是很乾淨的感覺. 這也許只是本人要求比一般人較高吧!
