Tour of the campus and famous library. The rooms are small which brings back memories of being a student in college.”

”This is a giant, rambling old mansion that has been converted into lodging. I wish we'd had more time to discuss its history with our host Maria. We wound up here because our original choice had a fire, and we had to find a place at the last minute. We were here to tour the university and it's about a 25 minute hike. In the end, our room was comfy, cool and quiet, and that's what's important to us. BTW, Uber works really well in Coimbra.”

”I stayed for a day in Coimbra. The hotel was about 10-15 min walk from the railway station. Much of it could be walked in shade, so even the heat didn't bother me. The hotel itself is a modern, very clean place.
