”Very accommodating/friendly staff and great location. Hotel is conveniently located near many of the best restaurants Ponta Delgada has to offer, and a block away from the ocean. Parking is not included, so you have to find street parking. There’s a good parking lot for the Mercado da Graça within a block of the hotel, which often had spots. I recommended this hotel! ”
”The entire staff was very friendly, kind, caring, they went out of their way to make us feel like this hotel was home for us while we stayed. The breakfast was good, good selection, the dinner was excellent. I look forward to staying at this hotel again the future. ”

”Simple, but nice, clean, modern style. Well located for a lower cost visit to Furnas. Has a common kitchenette that with fridge, coffe maker, utensils and such, and a cute little market steps away, along with the delicious water of the tres bicas fountain, provide low cost food options. The restaurant downstairs is also very good. ”

”Staff was great, friendly always ready to help. We were with a 2 1/2 year old grandson and he wet his bed and they came and replace the sheets no questions asked. Manager was a great friendly person always asking us if all was well and if we needed anything. We will definetly go back the next time in Sao Miguel.”
