This charming 58 m² apartment offers a warm and inviting space, perfect for your stay in this relaxing city. Located on the 2nd floor, it provides a peaceful retreat, though please note that it’s accessible by stairs only, making it less ideal for those with reduced mobility.

The living area is a lovely spot to unwind after a day of exploring, with a comfortable sitting space to enjoy TV or share meals at the dining table. The fully-equipped kitchen is ready for you to whip up delicious meals, complete with essential cookware, a stove, microwave, and toaster.

Rest easy in the main bedroom, which features a cozy queen bed and plenty of storage space. The second bedroom is perfect for additional guests or family, offering two comfortable single beds. The bathroom has everything you need to refresh, with clean towels and complimentary toiletries provided.

We'll have the apartment sparkling clean for your arrival, so you can settle in and enjoy your stay from the moment you walk in the door!

Please note: The swimming pool shown is not part of the property. The local city council manages it, and access requires an additional fee of 3 euros per adult.

Guests will have access to the entire home!

I live close by and am happy to help whenever I'm around, but when I'm not, there is a 24/7 on-call concierge service that can assist you any time of the day.

São Pedro do Sul, located in central Portugal, is renowned for its historic thermal baths, dating back to Roman times. The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

No public transportation is nearby, so the best way to explore the city is by car.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is an 80-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
